The weight room has no free weights, however, their is more than enough machines to get a sweat. Treadmills, Elliptical, Sit Down Circuit Bikes, etc. The pool is also wonderful. Cold - but bearable. There is a Jacuzzi as well with a kiddy pool attached to it. The diving board is open when staff numbers are decent. There is also a slide for the kids to go down as well.
