It was so easy to work with the people at Wagner Signs. I'm hesitant to go anywhere else in the future if I ever need another sign made, because I feel like I might be disappointed working with another company. I have been spoiled by the courteous efficiency that I found at Wagner! It's nice to know that I have found "the place" to get a sign on my first try. From start to finish, the designers and everyone involved made the process of creating a sign super easy. I volunteer for a non-profit organization, and I was put in charge of updating and replacing the sign that sits outside said organization. I shopped around a bit, and requested quotes from a few other sign companies, but I found the price at Wagner to be the most fair. They were also really quick to answer emails, which is important to me. The designer that I worked with was really professional and was able to design exactly what we wanted on the first try. When we wanted a few changes after his first design came in, he was gracious and incorporated those changes easily. Wagner Signs is the epidemy of customer service and quality workmanship. Ours was not an easy order and we ran into unexpected red tape, but Dustin guided us through that maze, He was a joy to deal with and while the project took longer than expected it ended beautifully.
