I was an Inhouse Accountant for 30 years, INDT Engineer Degree; and when it hit, I needed protection! Keller & Keller, Steven Miller, Case Manager stepped in and dealt with Social Security and caught them doing somethings, lets just say, Not right and protected me! Once I was to switch to Medicare; Cindy Cole, of the Medicare Insurance Department contacted me and got the ball rolling and gathering me medical needs. Then Trevor Ciboch, Medicare Agent lined me up with the same company, who at the time had the better health coverage for my needs and my medical history. Cindy Cole and Trevor Ciboch, stays with you even after you no longer need legal guidance and protection, to help you navigate Medicare/Medicaid, healthcare needs, at no cost to you. The legal team is only a step away. I can't praise Keller & Keller enough for the remarkable people they have to protect you! And you have to listen to them, like it or not, they have your best interest at heart; they did mine. I am so very grateful for all they have done and it's comforting speaking to the same people that I had 2 years ago. For me, a highly energetic, some training in law, skilled in research and knowing enough to be dangerous (as one of my superior said to another) Keller & Keller is a great company. I believe you can contact them if only to navigate Medicare; it can't hurt to call and ask Cindy Cole at 317-275-1700. Good luck and God Bless

I cannot recommend this law firm highly enough if you are fighting for your Social Security and/or…read moreveterans disability. I was recommended through a school friend Ryan Johnson to Attorney Nick Lavella. Nick and his paralegal thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner which greatly eased the anxiety I had through this two year process. They also sent me reminders about updates as I do have some memory issues from my disability. Additionally, as our administrative hearing became closer they spent hours of their time working with me on prep. Thusly, I felt prepared when the hearing finally happened. Although I had pretty low chances of winning, due to being under 50 the finding was favorable, and I am unbelievably relieved. This win will allow me to have a better quality of life and take care of my young children without great stress. I cannot over recommend the Social Security disability portion of Keller and Keller. Thank you so much Nick and Theresa Diaz!! Although they do take a chunk, the federal government puts a cap on how much the law firm gets so you don't have to worry about the value aspect. It was worth the money. I'm so glad I didn't give up and spent the money to hire an attorney. Great investment! Do yourself a favor even when it gets hard and keep fighting! It can be worth it. Good luck

The intake specialist got all of my information down and was very friendly and empathetic. Jennica was my primary contact in the beginning, but I mostly spoke to Anthony towards the end. The whole experience was more a matter of me communicating to them when I had new medical bills and me asking them questions along the way. They didn't always respond right away, sometimes it took them a few days. Towards the end of the process they were getting a little pushy about me suing my own auto insurance company for a larger payment out of the under-insured portion of my policy; pushy to the point where I had to put my foot down and firmly tell them no. I understand they're trying to get as much as possible for me because the more I get, the more they get, but when I made it clear after the third time of saying no that I didn't want to sue my own auto insurance, they should have dropped the subject. All in all, I did manage to get a good final offer and my portion of it was pretty decent. I might use them again if I need a personal injury attorney, but I will remember this experience.

Anyone looking for a great family law attorney needs to check out Nathan Hacker. This guy by far is…read morethe best. He is very detailed oriented, knows his stuff frontwards and backwards, and if you are anything like me and find yourself in this extremely difficult situation of fighting to remain an active father in your child's life you want someone who will give you a game plan. As long as you follow your attorney's advice and are honest with everything (even if you were wrong about something) he can formulate a game plan and be prepared for anything the opposing counsel will throw your way. Even when I was super nervous going into court and worried about certain things that would come up, including lies my ex was stating he assured me we had this under control. I've read some reviews about people complaining about the $100 consultation fee. Believe me, that is going to be the best $100 you ever spend. As knowledgeable as Nate and his team are, trust me, you are in excellent hands. You won't be leaving a ton of messages trying to get ahold of Nate or Sarah (his paralegal) either. I know people dread spending money when it comes to these things, but if you are going to spend it I cannot stress enough that this is where you need to go. I'm a dad who is very involved in his little girls life and when it came time to put some money on the books I never dreaded it because I knew they were working hard and not just creating things to bill you for. These guys are honest and will definitely fight for you. I think we all know how the system tends to favor the mothers, I don't think I would have gotten a better outcome with any other attorney out there. I was satisfied with how my 2 year battle ended and I think it was fair on both sides. Remember going into this, there will be times where you have to give and take with your ex, please just always keep your child's interest at the forefront of your dealings with them. Nate and his team will guide you and will definitely let you know to knock certain things off if you're in the wrong and trust me, that is EXACTLY what you want. If for any other reason I need an attorney for family law or anything else, based off of my experience I will certainly be calling them, and will refer anyone who needs the help to go to this firm.
