I phoned Anthony the CEO and asked him if he could pls confirm the condition before I make the purchase. Anthony had a look and assured me that the condition was super clean with no signs of wear or issues. He even texted me strategic images with zero scratches on watch anywhere and he talked a good game very polite. He asked that I pay via wire transfer, and after seeing his website he seemed legit so I made the purchase. When I received the watch via FedEx I was totally shocked, heavy pitting throughout the watch case and numerous scratches, one as long as 1.5 inches. NONE of these defects were displayed in his photos that he texted me, nor were they on his website, he did not honestly convey the condition verbally. I texted Anthony the images and called him right after and he spoke to me very aggressively stating "it's a used watch, what do you expect - there isn't a watch on the planet several years old without some damage". I disagree, I own many in my collection, I asked if I can return it and he very combatively stated NO RETURNS! I stated that if the images would have shown these damages I 100% never would have considered to buy it. He finally agreed that he would take it back but based on his tone and behavior so far I could not believe that he would refund me even if I sent it back. I ended up keeping it and will take the big loss with trying to resell it rather than stress trying to get my $ back. This is not an honest or reputable business. I will take a BIG loss on this one.
