When it comes time to actually understand insurance, the concepts can be pretty difficult. I found that I was able to get a better understanding of what I was actually purchasing and where I was going to be covered after working with one of the agents / staff members at Wagner Giblin Insurance. When you consider the fact that they are independent brokers, they are able to represent the customer and not force feed you into a specific company. Therefore, if rates go up with one company (which happened for me), they had no problem running quotes on about a dozen other companies to see who would provide the best coverage at the best rate. In addition, I like the fact that they are local and I actually know two of the staff members in the community. They aren't just people I call when I need help on insurance alone, they are both individuals I know in my community and I feel comfortable speaking with them in general. When you throw in the fact that they were not only able to help me save money but also help me obtain BETTER coverage, it was an excellent result. But, when you think about the fact that the whole process was simple, casual, and more of a conversation than a "high pressure sale" like some places, it was a very easy experience. I liked the fact that they were able to help me with my personal insurance, but now that I know they also have products for health insurance, life insurance, personal auto and the toys (motorcycles and ATVs), I will certainly place the rest of my business with them.
