He made sure that each step from demolition to post- installation touch ups was completed to our satisfaction. Anytime there was any problem or concern, he addressed it immediately and made sure that we were happy with the outcome. Thanks to Paul, my kitchen is now my favorite room in my house. I have never worked with anyone in construction who genuinely cared about our project as much as we did. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We hope to work with Paul and Michelle again as we continue to update our home!

When the cabinet maker delivered the wrong cabinet, Paul worked hard to make sure it we received the correct cabinet and that is didn't set back our timeline too much. Our install was complete last fall (2020) and our white cabinets are durable and look amazing! Thank you Paul.

If you respect yourself as a homeowner, don't let Jason anywhere near your property…read more Jason quit mid-demo because of a dispute he had with the Home Depot over a scheduling issue that turned out never existed. I had to host Thanksgiving with my kitchen looking like a disaster. Jason was contracted by HD and AIS to remove my old backsplash and install drywall for a new backsplash. He told me he was going to Menards to grab drywall while his apprentice completed the removal. He then discovered I wasn't on his schedule to do the backsplash install and assumed HD took that part of the job away from him (which turned out later to not be true). He spent the rest of the morning expressing his frustration with HD then ultimately quit before the job was done, lying to me and telling me now he doesn't handle drywall at all and the demo was complete (which it wasn't). He also: -Lied to AIS that he couldn't complete the job because my counters were in the way (never told me that was an issue), to make sure he got paid. -Damaged adjacent walls during backsplash removal which he promised to repair and paint, but never did. -Filled my personal trashcan with backsplash and drywall debris so full that i could barely move it. Had to hand scoop the debris into contractor bags at 12:30am before trash day in the cold. -Borrowed and didn't properly reassemble my shop vac, blowing drywall dust into my house when used next and causing breathing difficulties for my wife and 3 small children. -Ghosted all communication from me afterwards when I tried to find out what happened and why he left abruptly. -Made disparaging remarks about HD and myself on my doorbell camera like "I don't want to hear no f*cking complaints . . . we're done". As a result of Jason's actions, my kitchen project has been pushed back weeks, HD has had to refund me and recover their money from Jason, and he has lost all future jobs from the HD. Save yourself the stress and find someone who will respect you and your home.

Brian was honest, kind, hardworking, and straightforward from the beginning--our project was delayed due to COVID and so Brian and his team helped us setup an existing room for our 1st born daughter, as she was originally planned to get a room upstairs after the renovations. Over the next 2 years, 2020-2022, we kept in touch with Brian and he guided us, based on our budget, when we could kickoff our renovation--based on material cost post Covid. We knew going in, and Brian assured us, that we had an old house and we were going to run into surprises and unforeseen costs once we started taking the house apart. That said, Brian kept all costs at a minimum and worked with us, with incredible professionalism, anytime an unforeseen cost occurred. The entire Tilley team treated us like family, cared for our home (made it literally as strong as a tank), and truly finished every room gorgeously. His entire team is a complete delight to work with and their responsiveness and work ethic is unmatched. We highly recommend Tilley construction and we plan to exclusively use them for all of our home projects moving forward. I've attached before and after photos of our renovation with Tilley.

Two skylights had been removed with the new roof, which left the skylight tunnels leading down to the back porch. Rather than patch in the areas where the tunnels remained, we decided to replace the entire ceiling with the same material as the original build.
