I asked to talk to a supervisor and was advised none were available and would have to "message" someone to get back to me. Going on 4 days now and.....STILL not a word from anyone at Nusenda Credit Union as I sit here with thousands of dollars unaccounted for within my accounts at this institution. They recently redesigned their website. It is now slow and cumbersome. Forget about it on a mobile device unless you have a ton of data and 20 minutes to kill. Their mobile app which is still available for download doesn't work. Beautiful icon however. Failure rate, high. Never mind the additional "security" measures they have in place. Be prepared to lower your browser's security settings to accommodate their cookies. I have to get a text message sent to my phone every time I want to do any sort of online banking unless I let them set up shop on my computer. Now the final straw. They are trying to sell you products before they let you log in to your account with NO WAY TO OPT OUT OF OFFERS! My credit union has become a street vendor overnight. After walking me through the fix she then took the time to let me use my I-pad to log in, set new password, & ensuring everything was working properly. When I left everything I came in for was fixed.
