BABQ is always quickly responsive, solves problems quickly, and provides the correct type of account for everyone's situation. I deal with several business accounts, but I've also dealt with BABQ as treasurer for PTA organizations. BABQ has low fees (or no fees), is very up-front about each account structure/fees, doesn't force people to get debit cards to avoid monthly fees, and doesn't hassle people who are trying to make a deposit!

They messed up my account and we're totally un concerned that it might affect me. Any solution I suggested they blocked. The quality of the telephone line was so bad that I couldn't even understand what the service rep was saying. And she mumbled as if she was talking in her sleep, which perhaps she was. I've had this problem with several branches so I don't think it's just one branch. Today I went to the CU ATM. I usually go to, and it wouldn't allow me to withdraw any money. I looked at my balances, and it said I had zero in my checking, which is absolutely untrue. When I went on the app, it showed me a healthy balance. Same thing with savings. Customer Service was awful. They offered no help except to go to a different ATM and that they hadn't any other reports of a problem so I guess that makes it my problem.
