After having our camper for 3 months, we got it back from them damaged. They had also thrown all of our personal belongings into trash badges and left string out all over the camper! The company who built the camper advised us to not ever take our camper back to them for any kind of repair. Beware!! bought a camper in february from the glenpool location. was told it had a roof leak and i could pay $2500 to have it repaired. so, i did. it's been in the shop three times(everytime i had to take time out of my day drive it 2 hours away from my home to their location) and it still leak!!!!!!!!! texted my salesman who says i will get with the service manager to call you. never received a call. called again a few weeks later and was told a manager will call you. still no call. here we are several months later and i have a camper that can't be slept in because it leaks when it rains it leaks when the ac runs. just salespeople trying to sale their campers and then they are done with you!!! spend your money elsewhere!!! read more

Update to my 5/19/23 "Buyer Beware" review: Shortly after I posted this review, the owner of Wade's RV reached out to me to apologize, get more details about what happened and committed to making things right. Even though Wade's is a family owned dealership, he let me know that my review was the first time he learned of the issue and admitted things slipped through the cracks in a couple areas. The 20 minute conversation was professional, non-confrontational and productive. He genuinely wanted my feedback and at no time did he ask me to delete or change my review. You can learn a lot about people in the way they handle problems and I now feel so much better about my purchase from Wade's. read more

I went in and asked for a 30 amp coed with an extension the owner wade says, we will have it tomorrow, come back "tomorrow" and you guess it, no cord, quickly blames it on covid, no, you just said whatever to me and you didn't actually have anything coming in. So I buy what they have and it not long enough so I go back and try and exchange it, they proceed to tell me I didn't buy it at this location, I had the receipt, still argued with me that I was at the wrong Wade's rv, wow. Okay, it's by my land, it's the only one I've been to. Okay, I go to the other and Larry tells me yes, this is from the store you came from, the parts number if off of the Wade's by tractor supply yes, that is the same one they said I didn't purchase it there. So Larry says well we usually don't exchange it or give cash back at this location but since you have been so upset I'll just do it for you. The owner had no idea about anything, I don't appreciate being told whatever just to get me out. He didn't even know the receipt was from his store. Seriously like the twilight zone in here, I felt so dumb when I left but it was their idocracy. Also, the gentleman speaking to wade when I was at the counter that preceded to Butt in our conversation and you just let him talk to Your customer that way, I bought our rv here and can tell you I will NOT be returning customer. read more

Wades RV is amazing. We traveled from Minnesota, not knowing if the dealership was honest concerning an RV they were selling. After a 10 hour drive to Oklahoma we arrived to an amazing experience...the team of people that helped us along with the owner....we can't say enough about how happy we are with the RV they provided and the service. This is our first motorhome and Wade & team recognized this and dedicate the time and resources to make for an unbelievable experience. We bought an overpriced trailer from them & now that we are selling it they wouldn't even give us a fair offer, didn't even take our trailer into consideration just what the base model was which ours is far more loaded than that. We purchased our Aspen Trail 2480RBS in March is 2019 from Wade's RV Clinic. The staff is very professional, friendly and available to help in any way possible. Even when traveling in Utah in August 2020, we had an issue with our black water system and we were able to talk directly to a maintenance person to help solve the problem. The storage site in Wade's North Lot in Glenpool have been helpful and provide good service there. Larry in the parts store has been helpful in giving advice to a beginner like us in with a RV trailer. He has given insight to make life easier on our wonderful trips! He has a lot of knowledge and experience. You feel like a valued customer. read more

Mr. Shaw was con into trading in his Winnabago 2015 with a warranty for a 2007. The trade in had a few slight defects but had washer and dryer new t.v. 3 and was a diesel pusher in which he paid $195000 for the one he was tricked into buying was a 1996 Sunsetter, older big back tv that don't work and no washer and dryer. From day one like with all the units he got from Leisure time was nothing but issues. When we called these dealerships it was as is and they don't stand behind their sales. Shaw has had 2 strokes and his decision skills are not there. Both places have taken advantage of this man only to make a sale. I am in the process of talking with lawyers to fix his poor decisions. All the salesmen at other rv places have said nothing but negative things about both places because they have work there. I understand people have to make a living but not at the cost of others. Its robbing Peter to pay Paul. Consumer warning stay away from Gander and Wades. This unit he has now not one heater works and Shaw is older 2 strokes and diebetic. You get the picture. When I asked for a purchased agreement, I was told someone would email it to me that never happened. When I asked that someone call me about his purchase it never happened. read more

I only gave them 1 star because the girl at the service desk was very cordial. I brought in my Class A on February 15th. I was told that the slide issue would be completed in two weeks, because I had to attend a funeral out of state. One week later I dropped by and the vehicle hadn't moved. I was told that the parts were 'on order', which I will hear several times over the months! I asked if the repair would be covered under my extended Platinum Warranty. I was told it would. The following week I stopped by again. The rig hadn't moved! The service girl said she'd check with a tech and call me back. The phone never rang. Then I called them and they said they were still waiting on parts from Lippert. Good enough. We went to the funeral and came back to the dealership two weeks later. It had now been in the shop a month. The rig still was not moved! I went in to the dealership and was told it would be ready asap. I called the next week and was told that it was with the tech and the repairs would'nt be covered by the warranty. I told them I'd pay as it was estimated to be $600 total. The following week I visited and the rig hadn't been moved!!!! I was a little put off. I asked service what the issue was and was told I needed to have the slide fixed!!!!!! That was the reason I brought it to them in the first place, and I thought those parts were 'on order' but apparently not as she said they would need to order the parts! It had been 7 weeks since dropping it off. I visited again and asked the service girl if I needed to get the General Manager involved, because at this point in their game the motorhome had not moved from where it was originally parked! She said I didn't and promised it would be looked at that afternoon or the next morning at latest. She said she would call me with an update and did call me, just to say there was no new news! The following week we called and were told that the entire slide system would need to be replaced and the slide rom would need to be completely removed in order to do so, and the 'parts were on order'!!! I found the information given to be ludicrous as Camping World Atlanta had completely rebuilt the slide 10 months earlier. At this point my wife and I decided to just pick up out Moho and go back to Camping World OKC. In conclusion how hard would it have been for the dealership to pick up their phone once a week and call me with a status report, or at lease call me back when the said they would? We feel as if we were lied to, placed at the end of the line on multiple occasions, and about to be seriously ripped off on a simple repair of a slide motor! I realize on their website they say "If you're tired of waiting to get your RV repaired give Wades a call!" Lie, lie, lie! And to top it all off their resales of other RV's is 30 to 50% over Blue book values. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a big headache. Very disappointing, was referred to Wades for RV service, on my travel trailer, that I bought from a dealer on 21st & 169. After going into the 10th day of not hearing anything about my unit, I went over to check on it and it had not even left the spot they parked it at. Went ahead and picked it up, as I must assume they did't want my business. Mind you, I came to there location from Broken Arrow, of which I passed others that I could have done business with. Definitely was not worth the time and effort, and was hoping this was going to be the place I'd of done all my business with. read more

I took my trailer to Wade's to have the jack, skylight, and satellite fixed. I scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks in advance and after taking it, they had it for weeks before working on it. I am not sure why I needed the appointment if they were going to put it on the back burner, I finally told them I was going out of town and had to have it just to get it back. They did fix my skylight, the satellite is still a problem and I was told the jacks just needed two new RV batteries. I told the staff in the front office that called me and that I had been speaking with to go ahead and replace the batteries. The staff was always nice but after picking up the trailer the jacks only worked a couple of times. Not wanting to take it back for another long stay and thinking they just did not know what they were doing, I bought an electric battery charger and jumped it when I needed to since I was barely using it anyway. This time however the charger did not work and we had someone else come and look at the trailer only to be told the batteries would not hold a charge. I called Wades only to be told the batteries were only good for one year from the purchase date. I took the batteries back to Wades and he called the company who said they would stand behind them since it had only been a year and 10 days. To my surprise when we went to get the batteries they were not their brand of batteries, they were the original ones that was on the trailer when I bought it. Now, I have to pay for two more new batteries anyway. What I am saying is don't trust staff to relay instructions and verify things are really what you are paying for. I did not check the batteries I just ask if they had been replaced and was informed they were, I trusted a total stranger and I wont make that mistake again. I thought someone might have stolen my new batteries but I doubt a thief would have replaced and reconnected old batteries to hide their tracks. Just verify the work when you get it done, not that this was intention just the fact that when a place is busy things can get missed. Very disappointed in the integrity of Wade's RV traded a new Motorhome for a used TIffin and decided it was not the one for us. Went to trade after 4 mos of owning this Tiffin and found out the the real value of it was about $43, 000. dollars less than what Wade traded for. We went to two dealers to confirm the price. I understand a profit, but shame on this dealership for taking a retired couple to the cleaners with a straight face. read more

Ouch - Calls are not returned. Camper was dropped off the week after 4th of July. Yes we were waiting on insurance but the authorization to repair was given over a month ago. Went by to check on the camper two weeks ago and it had not been started, was told then it would be done by that Friday. Today still have not heard from anyone. I called this morning and was informed that they would check on it after 2:30. Very disappointed in the customer service. We will be picking our camper up even if it is not finished. read more
