I had a list of items for repair that I texted to there office girl, Jasmine. I had a 5 year warranty for the RV so the repairs would be covered. I also texted Jasmine copies of my warranty card. I dropped the RV off on Sunday when Nathan, the owner, was working there. He assured me that everything would be repaired when I picked it up. My boss was with me and witnessed the whole encounter. Nothing could be farther from the truth. They had my RV for over 200 days and when I got it back nothing was repaired as promised by Nathan. In fact there was more damaged caused by several hurricanes while they had it in their possession. I have witnesses and documentation to prove this. Nathan lied to me face to face. I did nothing to warrant this kind of treatment. The only mistake I made was bringing my RV to them for repair in the first place. I thought they were a reputable company but they are not. Case in point: several years ago we wanted a 2nd A/C unit for our 38 foot fifth wheel. I mentioned it as he was repairing one of our hydraulic levelers. He found a new, older inventory bedroom A/C, installed it in two hours the day after fixing my jacks. Under $600!! And, when I called him recently to fix it, he found a frog had got in between the fan & motor grinding against the wall of the fan. No charge! (He fixed some other stuff too, but that's another story.

We live in Winter Haven, 20 miles away, and I had just received my Blue Ox tow bar, baseplate for our Smart Car, electrical wiring, cordage, and all other things needed from Amazon.com to enable us to tow our 2011 Smart Car behind our 27' 1995 Fleetwood Tioga Montara Class C motorhome. James, our Service Writer, had told me by phone that this job would take 6 hours, and that Brian, their master mechanic, had experience installing these setups on Smart Cars. I was a bit reluctant to entrust my beautiful little car and old RV to a place I had read a couple of poor reviews about, but it was the only authorized Blue Ox installer anywhere near to us. From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were treated with courtesy and respect. Since both of our only vehicles were being worked on, they knew we would be waiting. Their waiting lounge area made it very comfortable, with big screen tv and free coffees and water. This courtesy extended for their entire work day, and the job took a total of 9 hours. The extra time involved was due to me throwing some extras at them, like rewiring my RV hitch (not in the original quote). The Smart Car is without a doubt the most difficult vehicle to mount a baseplate to. Brian had many bruises on him after he was done, and I knew what he had gone through. Bottom line, after 9 hours, the job was completed....with perfection! Way beyond my expectations. And with all the extra work involved with my added requests, James and Brian stood by their original phone quote of 6 hours of work! I probably might have been pleased to pay more, with the excellent quality job they did; but they stood by their quote. To me, this is the sign of a quality organization. And they never tried to sell us a new RV!! (Good thing, because I couldn't get my wife out of a couple of the new ones!!). Thanks again to RV World. You have reinstalled my confidence and trust in a repair facility!!
