This place is a staple! It's a great location and fun vibe. Love going here with my family. They have options for everyone and amazing wings. I am especially impressed by their vegetarian wings for those who don't eat meat as that is a great offering. The servers are always kind and attentive. read more

Junior Cheeseburger Kids Meal 12 Wings with Side of Fries Flavours of wings: =Applewood Smoked (Dry), 40 Creek, Buttermilk Dill & Maple both tossed Fries: Tex Mex & Dill Pickle Ketchup: Dill Pickle SO flavourful. The only thing I wouldn't do it season my fries because the ketchup was sooooo good that it was too many flavours. Wings were amazing. Gobbled them up so quickly. High recommend. read more

Wacky Wings - Fries with Tex Mex & Dill - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sault Ste Marie, Ontario

Our experience for lunch on a random Friday was fantastic. Christine was our server and she was very attentive. She asked us where we preferred to sit to best accommodate our baby seat. Waters were filled without being asked. Our food was hot and delicious. She gave us amazing service. The restaurant was quiet, but there were lots of TVs to choose from. Thanks for a great lunch date! read more

There is so much to choose from at Wacky's. I never leave hungry or disappointed. They even have vegan options. It is rather loud in there, though, more so in the evening. I like the interior...it looks like the inside of a log cabin. The staff is always friendly and they get our orders right. No complaints. read more

What a fun place!!! Wings are just phenomenal!! Ariel our server is the best in Canada. Great worker with a fun attitude! It is our first stop in town and will be coming back before we go!! read more

Wacky Wings - Great beer selection - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sault Ste Marie, Ontario

I am a US citizen and I came in for a drink with my boyfriend and his friend at the 688 Great Northern road In Sault Ste. Marie Our waitress is Keira and she discriminated against serving me Alcohol when I'm of Age and had my state ID on me and used it at a chucks in Oakville and was able to be served. There is no policy that you need your passport to get a drink. And she proceeded to ask me how I got over here because I wasn't carrying my passport because I didn't think I needed it, when I didn't the time before. I'm offended and very disrespected by this. Discrimination isn't okay political things shouldn't come into play when A) you're working. B)you're in the service industry. She has ruined my night and we will not be coming back. read more

Take out service is terrible. Had to wait for 10 minutes before being served. While there were 3 other customers waiting for orders, the woman working the takeout window completely checked and packed all three orders before even acknowledging me, all the while my order was sitting in the warming oven. It would have taken less than a minute for her to ask my name, take payment and give me my order. When I got home, I found that my order was incomplete. One of my orders was missing the fries, despite the fact that there was a label on the bag saying that they had checked to make sure it was complete. This is not the first time that I've gotten incorrect take out orders from here. When I called to complain, all they offered was that they could give me a credit(that's only good for 30 days) or they could give me the missing item if I drove all the way back. When I complained about the wait, they said they had checked the camera and that I had only been waiting 5 minutes. I checked my dash cam and it shows 13 minutes between when I parked and when I drove away. Only after arguing on the phone about it did they finally offer a free dessert if we drove back to get the rest of our order. Also disappointed in the choice of sides. Tried to replace fries with carrot sticks and the side order of carrot sticks was literally just 4 tiny carrot sticks. Pathetic Can't speak to the in restaurant service, but takeout service is horrible. read more

good consistent food and drinks and great wait staff, go here from time to time and have had no complaints

Today was my second time at a Wacky Wings 1st time in Sault Ste Marie. It was a delicious meal, staff were fun and I felt welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely come again on my way through here again. read more

This place is great, the food taste absolutely great. I come here often for the boneless wing poutine which routinely is stellar. The atmosphere is great and the waitstaff is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall great place to come for wings that taste great and delicious deserts. read more

Very Rude. I went there with my family for my daughters birthday dinner and they told me I had to wait because we had a party of 8. I was told 35 minutes and during those 35 minutes I seen how many people come in and out. I finally walked in after 40 minutes of waiting in the parking lot after 3 other girls and see the waitress hug the girls and give them a table and then I was told we still had to wait. And I didn't receive a call at all lastnight saying my table was open. Idk if its because we were native or what. But not too happy with this restaurant. Thanks for ruining my 9 year olds birthday dinner. read more

the manager Taylor is very unprofessional and when I asked for a side of chipotle that's SUPPOSED to come with catcus cut chips she tried making me pay 10$ for it and was very rude she should not be a manager nor an employee there so keep away from this location read more

Firstly, in the age of COVID, this is a really clean restaurant. The servers have always been super friendly and attentive to details (refills, timing the serving of courses). The apps are awesome and well-priced, we always get the Game Platter (a deal for 3 apps) and also love the burgers and the poutines. HUGE portions!! Great food at a great value. STRONGLY recommend! read more

I'm from Toronto visiting this city with some friends. This place is great the staff was amazing ordered some wings and "TRASH CAN WING NACHOS" recommended by the staff which turned out to be great all of us friends loved it the experience was good, would come back. read more

Great food, packaged well and arrived hot! Everything was included in the order and everything was correct! Love wacky's!

Got there at 750 pm on a Friday... half capacity. We did not receive food till 9pm! My wings were good but the new spicey chicken my daughter got was awful ... 13.99 for a plain bun a piece of lettuce and a piece of chicken barely cooked no crispness at all ... in comparison , McDonald's jr chicken is much better ... not impressed and I like wacky wings ... but not tonite and it will be a long time before going back read more

Went to the take out stand. Had to wait literally 5 min before someone even said hi even though there were 4 servers standing right there. Had to ask for a menu and then wait another 10 min before someone would take my order. The food was relatively quick once ordered but 30 mins when it only took 10 to cook your wings for take out is ridiculous. Oh and they ripped me off on the exchange rate because I was a tourist. $1.20 for USD when everyone knows Its a min if 1.30. But if they need to cheat customers that bad to stay in business then more power to you. In my opinion much better places you can go to. Dont bother waiting to be ripped off like I was. read more

Pathetic service. Just pathetic. Came in on a Saturday night.and stood there for a long time while 2 servers did basically nothing. Left. Go anywhere else. read more

Was in the soo on a holiday Monday and this was one of the few places open until late. Wings were good, beer was cold, and the service was great. If you like wings and beer (who doesn't?), then this place is for you. Lots of bizarre (or wacky) flavors to choose from, although in the end I always wish I just ordered hot wings. That's me though, you be as wacky as you like ;) read more

Stopped in for take-out. Service was friendly and huge selection of sauces for your boneless or regular wings.

Called to get delivery, driver never showed up waiting for over an hour. Got a call just before they closed asking me if I'd like to come pick it up instead or get a refund tomorrow. Waiting on the refund, I'll change my review if I actually get it. Edit: Got contacted by a manager named Dan, he offered his apologies and a credit for the value of the meal. Most restaurants would just refund it and pretend it never happened so thank you Dan for going the extra step! I changed my review from 1/5 to 4/5 because while the delivery may need work the food is actually quite good. read more

First time going and WOW great place. Very fun environment. Service was great. Menu has amazing options. Burger I had was amazing. My only compliant: there isn't a location closer to my home (Kingston). Will be a regular stop when visiting the Soo. read more

Our online pick up order was twenty minutes late. The chicken sandwich did not include BBQ sauce, and the breading was burnt. No napkins or utensils were included. Poutine with fingers all around! We will look for other options tonight. read more

Servers are always friendly, I'm not gourmet but other than the Canadian's wings these are the best I have had nation wide, menu is always changing, cocktails are a bit pricy and a bit weak but good anyway...would totally recommend if you are looking for a good sports bar/fast food experience read more

Ordered takeout and it took 2 hours for it to get here. When it finally arrived it was soggy, burnt and all around disgusting! I called to speak to management, she was extremely rude. Asking me what I'd like her to do about it. Her best offer was that I return the food and she would refund my money. I will NEVER order from Wacky Wings again. This is becoming a regular occurrence with their customer service and food quality. read more
