Only they then said they don't take blue cross blue shield, which makes no sense, but okay. Called Brookshire's pharmacy and they said there's no law mandating a controlled substance be filled using insurance, and that I can use my insurance or Goodrx. Either the person who told us this didn't know what they were talking about, or they didn't want to fill it. Very disappointing.

We have since made another appointment for other family members. I will say that some customers weren't wearing a mask, but anyone getting vaccinated was, along with all of the staff.
