Some of the reasons Perry's Outdoor Services receive such high ratings, they possess many skill to BOTH indoor and outdoor. I have remodeled several rooms within my home since the beginning of 2024. Had it not been for Perry's Outdoor Services, I would still be assembling my bedroom furniture, large executive desk and filing cabinet; my new butcher block counter tops were solid slabs of wood. They picked up the wood, measured the counters, cut the wood, removed the old counter tops, moved my Pantry from one wall to another wall, assembled and installed a new cabinet, re-aligned all the cabinets before installing the butcher block counter tops, finishing the work by sealing the wood. Prior to departing the premise they made sure the spaces they worked was cleaned and left looking better than when they arrived. The attached photos were a hint of furniture built and assembled.

But instead, you choose to justify and add completely untruth statements about what occurred, especially regarding the service I purchased versus the service you rendered.. I advised you that I was doing a full two bedroom home move, and what I had to move was significantly less than that. You weren't there to witness the absolute chaos . As a you called after the 3 hours delay in response to my threat to cancel to offer an apology, I'm unclear as to why you are now trying to resend that in an effort to cover your unprofessionalism. At any rate, you are miserable, your company is unprofessional, and sadly you appear to be biting off of the good name of J. I. T. (Just In Time Movers) who I undoubtedly thought I was getting, but ended up with your unscrupulous and unprofessional company. At the very least, ensure that you are present before you start defending behaviors and actions that you were not present for, but clearly felt compelled initially on the phone to apologize for. Sadly, you have not addressed what was stated with regards to my GRANDSON having to assist and being expected to, the unprofessional conduct of your staff and your children running amuck throughout my house as child laborers. Additionally, my daughter said almost nothing to anyone because she was so irritated and disgusted with the entire process. I'm just glad that this experience is in the past for me, however I STRONGLY SUGGEST that future potential clients look at the pictures that reflect what was my horrible reality . I'm sure they say 1000 more words than I ever could. It's sad that you can't just accept that this was an absolute disaster and acknowledge that YOU WILL DO BETTER TO SHOW UP PROFESSIONALLY with and for future customers. ***Your response is a COMPLETE FABRICATION... kenny@ductcleaningsolution.com…read more I called Kenny Gunnels of Duct Cleaning Solution LLC in Smiths Station, AL to get help resolving a dust issue that was impacting my health. We had lots of dust particles circulating regularly through our HVAC system, which was making me cough and sneeze constantly and keeping my house very dusty. The particles impacted my health causing upper respiratory infections, bronchitis and allergy headaches. I was surprised to learn there was microbial growth in the ducts, so I also asked for the encapsulation process, which involves the application of a polymer coating sealant to the interior of insulated ductwork. The product Kenny used is designed specifically for use in HVAC ductwork and has anti-microbial properties to aid in the prevention of future microbial contamination. I was so impressed With Kenny's work ethic and diligence to ensure everything was done correctly. I'm currently working from home and there was minor noise and literally no disruption to my work day. I'm glad that I found a great professional to help resolve our issue with contaminants in our HVAC system, The other thing that I loved about the service was that Kenny was a great communicator letting me know when he was on his way, when he was here and when he was finished. He even sent text messages with pictures so that I can share them with my husband gets home from work! I highly recommend Kenny Gunnels with Duct Cleaning Solution LLC if you need to improve your air quality in your home!
