It is an interesting salon. Not only are they often upgrading and adding to their training, they are also teaching new and upcoming stylists techniques in a working environment. Each stylist takes the time to consult with their clients to get a good idea of what they are looking for. They clearly explain what they are doing as they go along. They are very very good with customer service. If you are not happy, go back and they will fix it without attitude. They genuinely want to make it right. It is midrange in price. Not inexpensive but not crazy either. The only criticism I have (and this is for most salons) is charging for blow drying. It is in the stylists' best interest to check the cut /colour when the hair is dry. Unless it is a fancy blow dry or another unique circumstance it shouldn't be an additional cost on top of a cut and colour. Other than that, I would highly recommend Fringe.

Cassandra is my go to girl. She does WONDERS with colour. I'm always satisfied after a visit with Cassandra. She is always so friendly and talkative, it's like we've been friends forever lol. In fact, EVERYONE at the salon is very friendly. They are always so welcoming. You just feel really comfortable at the salon. They always offer you tea, water or coffee. Michelle was my stylist for the evening and I'm so glad she was, she was so lovely and did such an amazing job on my hair. She is the only one in a long time that listened to what I wanted done with my hair, and did it right! And my hairs not easy I have a thick head of hair.. but she's a talented girl and great with colour and we toned down the colour to match my natural colour underneath a little more, she gave it a glaze for me, a trim off the ends and even stayed a little over her shift to finish my hair! As the other reviews suggest, if you use debit, maybe bring cash to tip the girls. They more than deserve it! I stupidly didn't have much on me but I have pre-booked my next appointment so I'll be making sure to tip the next time! All the girls are amazing, friendly, and so professional for somewhere out of the city.. they provide such a good service! Couldn't recommend them enough! And highly recommend Michelle she is a gem! I also bought the purple shampoo to treat my blonde so my total was somewhere over $200 I forget the exact amount, (there's a breakdown on the receipt) which I found expensive but they did a great job! I'm just not sure I could pay that every time. Also bathrooms are kept clean that's always a nice plus ;-)
