The content is unoriginal, it seems like they are always late to the party on "News", and their "app" exploits their viewers too. Paying viewers with gift cards to find the station content and then underpaying their employees seems wrong to me. I grew up watching ABC it's a shame what it has turned into.

It is not very flashy but their news staff delivers the news in a professional manner. Their weather team has won several awards and is great, as is their sports team. Because of past signal issues when it was broadcasting in analog, the station got a reputation as being low rate, but the station's signal improved considerably when it started digital broadcasting and new owners took over the station in 2011. And the management and staff is responsive to viewers concerns.

I wasn't in the industry, friends with anyone there, a shop owner or a press. It doesn't seem like there's much of a reason for the general public to buy tickets to this show.
