Just a tiny slip with the total price on, and didn't even have the business name which meant I was unable to claim back my VAT. Upon arrival the…read morechair had the following issues: 1) The rear anti-tip castors were broken off 2) The chair pulled/leaned to the right - causing the chair to pull to the right 3) There was negligible traction on the wheelchair - thus is slipped on ANY kind of ramp, uncontrollably 4) Static build up - if I touched someone, or elevator buttons, railings, etc - ZAP! A couple of seconds resulted in a BIG buildup - it was very painful 5) The controller was horrifically unresponsive We shipped it back, the company stopped responding for days. They claimed a week later we'd have a refund issued - it has STILL not been issued. So to sum up: They don't adequately test their wheelchairs, clearly. They are slow to get products to you. Their customer service is basically NON-EXISTENT. They lie, and delay when it comes to refunds. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE. THEY ARE A DANGER TO THOSE WHO NEED MEDICAL AIDS.

I am located in Spain, we have very little rain and it started falling apart the first week. They refuse to refund or assist. I would NEVER buy anything from this company, especially the supposed OUTDOOR shower that looks like it was glued together by a 5 year old. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
