I believe Dr. Patti is giving these ladies a chance to make money and as a dentist he may believe their jobs aren't that hard or that they can be trained on job. BUT he needs a new trainer or atleast require some certification to run the desk. Never have I ever been told by a dentist office that she was tired of rescheduling me DUE TO THEIR OWN OVERBOOKED SCHEDULE. She said I was a no call no show for the last appointment....which I showed up to and rescheduled after a 40 minute wait and receiving an emergency call. My appointment was at 3...I had to leave at 3:38pm. I had not been seen or even prepped. And when I call to inform them I had been subpoena to court today, she brings up the last visit, which gave me reservations due to having an appointment at a later time and not wanting to wait an hour again. I was NOT rude and just corrected her by saying I SHOWED UP TO MY APPOINTMENT! I WAS NEVER SEEN. I INFORMED YOU, I WILL RESCHEDULE AS I HAVE AN EMERGENCY. There was no back-talk to my face but on the phone SHE HAD GALL to put her inept job performance on me. LADY YOU SCHEDULED ME AND I WAITED NEARLY AN HOUR! By your OWN logic I should be holding YOU accountable for a no call no show as I was NOT serviced within a reasonable time of my appointment. I do not recommend. I do not know who raised the lady at the desk but she needs to be taught a few more lessons in just being a functioning civilian in a customer oriented business.

The staff at the front was rude as a new patient coming in with a new insurance. They were annoyed…read morethat I was mentioning my co-workers that came here (clarifying "oh, we haven't seen her since (a date)" and that guy paid out of pocket. My co-worker apparently paid out of pocket because his tooth was so bad and they could verify his insurance (because "the company is in California"). It's never good to hear this many excuses as a new patient. I told them I would wait while they call my insurance. I was able to get someone on the phone with my insurance before them and proceeded to give them the number to call (all while caring for my 15 month old son who was fussing and needed a nap). When I offered to give them the number if they were willing to write it down (because one of the girls was giving me a stink eye), they took it and chuckled at me. When one girl came back saying that she could call me later with the coverage, I said okay and informed her that the appointments would be for a broken crown and a root canal or extraction. She said that they would have anything open until June. Great, I said, that's my summer break. She stopped and snapped at me that "you don't need to have an attitude." I stopped stunned by her and the rudeness that I had been feeling from their staff at the front. I was already reservations about going here and this just confirmed it. When I confronted her about what she said and that as a teacher I need to use my breaks for big appointments, she again gave attitude that we understand and they deal with other teachers too. I told them I wouldn't go there and they are missing out on some good money (thousands of dollars). Bless their hearts.
