Scheduled internet service installation for 6/12. Techs stated they needed to have a cable dropped, even though cables from previous Vyve service were still installed. Was told cable drop crew would be out within 14 business days. No communication, no scheduling, multiple calls to customer service, no help. Called CS again today 6/30 and told drop crew would be out 7/4 (doubtful, since it's a holiday) but that is outside the 14 day window I was quoted for installation. When asked what the consequences for failure to meet quoted service time frame (do I get credit on my account, etc) no one in customer service knows the answer. ​ Unfortunately I have no they option for service at my location but if you do I'd choose someone else. read more

My First Day having Internet with "Vyne" and the password is somehow wrong.!! And on Hold for 15 min currently and still counting POS ‍‍ Ps all of you reviewing 1 stars could really be helping by recommending a better WiFi service. They had one Job. I been Vyve Broadband for a year and had no issues with them. I used my UHC to pay for my internet and never had problems. Except when I made 2 payments Vyve did not receive them. UHC did nothing to try and help. A nice lady name LIZ in support went above and beyond to find those payments. She was on top of this and finally found it. She had me up and running again in time to watch my fav Christmas movie White Christmas. Thank you Liz read more

READ THIS! Signed up for Vyve with my office in Durant, OK. I would have rated service a B. I planned to move home office when my home was completed. The technician came out to property and informed me the best speed I would get at home was less than 20 mbps, I need a minimum of 55 mbps! I went with Statlink and get over 250 mbps. I cancelled the service with Vyve and they are Charging me $2100 to get out of the 3 year contract and I had been under contract for 14 months. This is honestly the most incompetent internet service provider. So much miscommunication from their customer reps to the technicians. I unfortunately have spent a decade with their service because I was grandfathered in when they bought media stream. There is no one else that provides internet in Durant for my area so I am just stuck with them. if you can choose another company then please DO SO. read more

They have the worst customer service. I've had nothing but issues since using this company. I've had to request 7 times for buried lines to reburied and they just hang up on you or end the chat online. They claim it's been scheduled and then cannot tell you a date or time. If you ask again they hang up/end the chat. Would not recommend. I'm in the process of getting a different internet provider. Don't waste your time. read more

I called and asked about new service. I was told on the phone, "We absolutely can service that area. 100%." I paid a deposit and scheduled the installation. The installer arrived. He walked around the house and looked around then told me, "We can't service this area." If you can't service the area don't tell the customer you can, and especially don't say, "Absolutely" and "100%". I'd be willing to change my review if they were able to provide service. read more

Service at my house has been down since yesterday. My roommate works from home and has been unable to work because of this . We called and got hung up on and called back. When we got through they said they had fixed the issue but it was lies. Still nothing. No tv, cable or internet. read more

I have a package deal (Internet, Cable, and Phone) and enjoy them when they are functioning. Although, as for the customer service on the phone, that is a night mare every time I call them. You can except to be on the phone from 30 minutes to an hour for a simple request. They give you very inadequate answers and transfer you around. It is very frustrating. Also, it took 4 months for Vyve contractors to bury my cable underground. I had to keep calling them back to get that done. The technicians are not all trained equally either. One time I got one and he could not answer any of my questions and when he left I started having problems immediately, so had to call them and tell them to send out someone else. I stay with only because I have put in my time and effort to get where I am at. I have come to the conclusion that I must be ready for the long wait times on the phone. It's too bad they don't train their customer service reps better. I also let them know every time I call, but they don't do anything about it. :-( read more
