On Monday evening, December 1, 2025, I visited this urgent care center. They did a strep swab said it came back negative and diagnosed me with a sore throat and advised me to drink plenty of fluids to recover, despite my other symptoms. However, my condition has worsened every day since then. On Sunday morning, I woke up with a severely swollen left side of my face, so painful that I could barely open my jaw. I went to a new urgent care center and was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection that required steroids and antibiotics. I felt like my symptoms and concerns were dismissed, as if I were in some sort of extreme situation. I have never been treated so poorly by any healthcare facility. This was my 3rd visit. The staff is always good. The providers, until today, listened and asked questions. Most importantly, the providers always asked if I had any questions and took the time to answer. Today, Dr. Patel spent about 2 minutes with me and appeared annoyed when I wanted to ask a question. Upon reading the discharge instructions, I was surprised because, of the 7 instructions, only 1 actually occurred. I cannot express my disappointment. read more

Horrible treatment! First time I went there, front desk girl rolled her eyes on me. After a year or so I went again and I wasn't pleased to see that she is still there. This time she acted more professionally than last time but still messed up big time! She asked me about my pharmacy whether it is cvs on Hulmeville. I said: "no, on Bristol pike." She said they have problem to send prescriptions there so in case I need prescription, I will get the paper one. After doctor checked me, I waited 15-20 min for my prescription. The light in the room went off and they completely forgot about me. I reminded them and got my prescription right away. Then I went to my pharmacy with physical prescription and guess what! The pharmacist told me that my meds are ready for pick up in cvs on NESHAMINY Blvd!!!! So feeling awful and sick I had to run from one side to another just because receptionist in this urgent care is completely incompetent. The bonus in this facility is gross dirt! I could never ask for better anywhere! Took me immediately, no waiting. The receptionist was kind and courteous. Unbelievable fine, thorough and ultra-courteous care from both the doctor and the nurse. They were very generous with their time and explained everything very well. The nurse even spent time with me afterwards, to try to help me locate a pharmacy that had the medication I needed, as it's not that commonly found. The doctor later sent me further information about the medication he prescribed. And the nurse called me two days later to follow up and see how I was doing! If this were a private practice, I would want to make them my primaries! read more

It's completely fucking ridiculous that an urgent care cannot send over a prescription properly to a pharmacy. And when you call to request it they insist the only way you'll get it is to come pick up a printed hard copy when you live over 30 minutes from the urgent care. I was seen yesterday and the doctor on call today refuses to send over or even communicate on my behalf to the pharmacy. No regard for a sick patient or their rigorous work schedule and how inconvenient it is to them to be told pick it up today before we close or tomorrow. And be told I'm a condescending manner to figure it out when I say I work all day tomorrow as well. Because THEY DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. The facility canceled my appointment on a Friday, rescheduled for Tuesday. ( they gave me new appt and time). I walk in and they said we don't have a time for you, we just know you will be in. Now this is in middle of day, I left work for this and they are telling me an hour or so wait. I leave and make an appt for next day, 6:30 PM, walk in and they tell me again it's an hour wait. I said why make an appointment if we are mandated to wait, first come first serve. His response was this is how we do it here. I said asked why there is an option for appointments and explained that normally this means you have priority over walk ins. Again, he stated this is how we do it. I left. Expect to wait appointment or not. I understand walk ins, but do not offer appointments then. It's very deceiving. read more

I was very happy the last time I went. There was no one there and needed to take my son with autism to get a covid test. This time however, I was extremely unhappy. I was having issues with my shoulder and made an appointment and registered online. When I got there exactly at my time, I went to the front and she said that they take people by when they register and I registered early so I should be taking in a minute or two. Fifteen minutes later and still no one, I went up and I asked her about the girl and the guy that we're in front of me that they took. She said that the girl before me registered before me as well. I know the girl did not register before me as the other receptionist told her to register. so again I was not happy that they did this What is the point of making an appointment and registering online and waiting past your time.constantly for someone else who was not really before you.
