She truly cares about her clients and really takes the time to listen to what kind of look you're going for and simply what you're looking to get from lash extensions. Some women like a more dramatic look while others like to keep it simple. I love how professional she is and how she takes her time when applying each lash. She's the only lash tech that's ever thoroughly cleansed my lashes every time before my fills. Irma cares about the health of your natural lashes, never rushes during the application, and is honest about your expectations. I honestly can't emphasize how great she is. You can tell how much she loves what she does through her work and communication with her clients. I highly recommend her- it really doesn't get any better than this.

I felt like a pampered princess the entire time! My massage therapist was Dee and she was wonderful! The whole massage experience was fantastic. The room was dimly lit with calming spa music playing and a diffuser was going with a very calming scent. Dee was great. She was very respectful and professional and the massage was perfect. I felt like a whole new person. The scrub and wrap were definitely great too! My skin felt amazing and it was a great time to just empty my mind. Their sauna is so perfect. It's not too small and they have water available to you as well. After you're done, there is a relaxing room where you can enjoy a complimentary drink and just soak in all all your pampering. The whole atmosphere is calm and the decor is very cute. I've heard great thing about this place and the staff and everything and everyone lived up to it!

I booked a one-hour massage. When the therapist came into the room I asked her where she went to…read moremassage school. I was a massage therapist for 14 years. She told me that she was an Esthetician, not a massage therapist. This is not legal! To do massage in the state of Missouri you must have at least 500 hours of massage therapy training plus take the state licensing test. An Esthetician may be qualified to massage a client's face and hands but not a full body massage. This Esthetician had no idea what she was doing so she just rubbed me lightly with oil and it was beyond annoying! I spoke with the manager Shelly and she kept telling me that the Esthetician can give full body massages which is not legal! Shelly told me that the Esthetician could give relaxing massages but couldn't work at a chiropractic office, which isn't how massage therapists work! Shelly didn't even know how many hours a massage therapist even needed to work in the state of Missouri.

Well, after one of my best friends (who is also a redhead) got hers done by JoHanna, I knew I had to go to her! JoHanna is very professional, personable, and really knows what she's doing! The atmosphere is relaxing as well as the whole experience. I also want to talk about her cancellation policies. They are very clear and are excellent for those that don't flake out last minute and actually show up. I'm part of a generation that has good intentions, but little follow through. Make an appointment, show up, and you will not be disappointed!!! I'm including my personal results that are posted on her site that were taken immediately after my first session and my results a month after my second session. I couldn't be happier with the work she's done. I feel like a whole new woman bursting with confidence! After getting mine done, the rest of my friends want theirs done, too.
