Luckily, we found Rigoberto, a Colombian living in Chile for almost 10 years. He is trustworthy, charismatic and really knows his way around a computer. I have come to him with zero hope of fixing my dying macbook pro (I was ready to throw it out) and he gave it a couple more months of life. He not only fixes both Macs and PC's but he is a pretty good programmer. He makes mobile apps, websites and even does online PR campaigns -- a real jack of all trades, master of all. Tip: He speaks English and French. He also answers his phone at all hours, so if you have a computer emergency at 12 am and need him to help, he's there.
