Rigoberto is a real "MacGyver." Most computer technicians I have come across in Santiago know how to fix PCs well but there are very few who work with Macs (and if they do, it costs almost the same amount to fix as it would to buy a new computer). Luckily, we found Rigoberto, a Colombian living in Chile for almost 10 years. He is trustworthy, charismatic and really knows his way around a computer. I have come to him with zero hope of fixing my dying macbook pro (I was ready to throw it out) and he gave it a couple more months of life. He not only fixes both Macs and PC's but he is a pretty good programmer. He makes mobile apps, websites and even does online PR campaigns -- a real jack of all trades, master of all.
