I've had my car detailed plenty of times before, but this is next level. They were even able to get tar stains from last summer out of my leather seats (I've had the car washed and detailed since then and the tar stains remained). I would definitely recommend them and will be scheduling with them again when we need any of our vehicles detailed. Well worth the price! Oh, also, it was two guys who showed up, at my house, in a company van with EVERYTHING they needed to get the job done.

I had the color restore and ceramic wax package done, and the car looks absolutely stunning--like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Not only does this guy know his stuff (he had all the right tools and products), but he's also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We ended up chatting for quite a while after the job was done, which speaks volumes about the kind of person he is--genuine, passionate, and respectful. One thing that really stood out to me was the tribute to his late grandfather on his work vehicle. You can tell this business means something personal to him, and that level of care shows in the quality of his work. He accepts all forms of payment, which makes things super convenient, and I definitely plan to use his services again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier detailing with a personal touch.

I requested a full interior/exterior auto detail with paint correction and leather seat treatment. I found Tito's on Google because it was close, they offered mobile service and they had solid reviews. Rodrigo pulled up, assessed my car and he absolutely remodeled it! I meant to leave this review a while ago but forgot. Lol. They book services with an app called Booksy but if you tell them what you want, they will book it for you. You cannot beat the level of convenience for this service. Just make sure if you're doing mobile to your house that you have access to a hose spigot. I literally just booked another detail and I am for sure sticking with this company for the foreseeable future. If you want a quality, precise auto-detail, Tito's is who you want! Tip: If you are getting a full detail, please allow 5-7 hours for completion. You can't rush perfection!

It's disappointing to pay for a monthly membership and watch certain employees act like doing the…read morebare minimum is asking too much. The two guys working the back of the car wash looked completely checked out. One was more interested in his phone than the customers, and both of them half-assed the pre-spray like they couldn't be bothered to do the job correctly. Their attitude screams, "I don't want to be here," and it shows in the quality of the wash. If you're going to charge customers every month, then hold your employees to a higher standard. Attention to detail and basic professionalism shouldn't be optional. The frustrating part is that the rest of the staff actually works hard. They're friendly, they hustle, and they do their best to keep customers happy. Unfortunately, a couple of employees are dragging down the reputation of everyone else. Management needs to address this. Either expect people to put their phones away, take pride in their work, and treat paying customers with some respect--or find employees who will. Customers shouldn't have to pay premium prices for half-hearted service. -- Que

My Ford Edge was living on the edge with how dirty it was. Over the weekend I had taken a trip to…read moreEast Texas and lets just say... that red clay was everywhere. My tires were even looking red. So, I put out the word on Yelp that I was looking for a mobile car washer since making it to someone during work hours is darn near impossible for me. A few car wash businesses replied, but for some reason Derek's stood out. So, I thought... let me give them a shot. Let's see what they are made of. I knew that it was going to be a chore to get that red clay off of my car. After going back and forth a few times with all the details, I met Derek's Mobile Car Wash at my apartment during my lunch break. Since I had to get back to work ASAP, I left my car in their hands and headed back. I did feel kind of weird leaving my keys and my car with total strangers, but it really needed to be cleaned. Inside and out. Some time passed and then I get the phone call... you know the one where they tell you that your car is cleaned. I didn't have super high hopes because they cleaned my car without an outside water source or electricity. They were nice enough to bring my car up to the office for me so that I didn't have to take an Uber back home to get it. When I was waking up to my car I was in total shock. The car looked brand new on the outside. Like it had just came off the showroom floor. It looked GREAT! But I was thinking there's NO WAY that they got the inside as clean. NO WAY!!! I couldn't wait to open the doors and check it out. Once again, I was in total shock. It looked like it had never even been driven. It was so clean you could eat off the seats. It also smelled GREAT! The job that they did was OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this small local business for all your car wash needs. The are prompt and very professional. I will be using them from now on when my car needs a bath.
