In January of this year my yard was left in an unacceptable condition - granted, upon my complaint the yard was "fixed" and I did not have to pay, but from that point on their service got worse and worse and my yard started looking like they barely mowed it and my patio was constantly left dirty! On 22 April 2022 my family and I witnessed the employees just recklessly operating the weed eater in my back yard. Gravel debris splashed loudly against my house left to right. My door was chipped, as well as my window. However, since my window was "just chipped" and not spider webbing I decided to save Gator Ground Works the money to replace my window. On 26 May 2022 they came out again to do to my yard - which was the last straw. Once again my yard looked barely touched and my patio was a mess! Upon complaining AGAIN we decided to end business. Brandon Burnham apparently doesnt care that they decided as of 2022 to do a sloppy job. But to top it off..... Upon cleaning the same window of the first incident on 22 April, I realized on 3 June 2022 that that same exact window had a NEW CRACK that is actually spider webbing. Upon reaching out to Brandon Burnham he had the nerve to refer me to my own homeowner insurance! He said I declined having my window replaced once the incident on 22 April 2022 occurred. He was obviously playing dumb and ignorant because he knew he came out on 26 May 2022 and I was addressing exactly this incident! Besides the little chip that occurred on 22 April my window was fine until he cut my grass again on 26 May. My back camera even recorded him on 26 May 2022 right by my damaged window! Upon requesting his insurance information he just IGNORES ME! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

The plumbers that Daulton subcontracted to do the gas line decided to try to carry my oven instead of using a dolly, and they dropped it and dented/scratched my brand new hardwood floors. Daulton promised he would make it right. However, there really isn't anything to be done about the damage because it would require sanding and refinishing, a process I do not want to do a second time. I personally had to call the subcontracted plumbers to come install the oven vent hood multiple times. Then I began receiving bills from them because Daulton did not pay them timely. Daulton requested that we put more money down on the project in addition to our initial payment since the project was nearing its end. I provided the requested payment in good faith that he would finish the project swiftly. They picked up the check, and then stopped showing up. After reaching out multiple times, Daulton said he could send someone out in 3 to 4 weeks. James comes by for all of 5 minutes to look at the walls that need wallpapering. He says he hasn't done wallpaper in a long time and he doesn't know what a centimeter is, which is what the wallpaper measurement is in. Then he leaves and said he would be back tomorrow. I express my concerns to Daulton. He never shows back up the next day. I reach out to Daulton and he said James is supposed to call him. He still never shows up. I tell Daulton, I don't want wallpaper anymore. I just need the shelves installed and the trim put up. I honestly would just hire someone else to finish, but Daulton has the custom materials I provided him to make the shelves. Daulton once promised that this project would be done before Easter and it is sitting unfinished in September. I am incredibly disappointed because I really do think Daulton and his Family are great people. However, my job stopped being prioritied the second I provided additional payment.

After a very messy water leak in our home while we were away for Thanksgiving with family out of…read morestate, our insurance company asked who we would like to do the repair work. Because of previous, good experience with them, we quickly responded that we would use H2 Renovations. Once the dry out work was done (including cutting portions of sheetrock out in 3 rooms to enhance drying and removal of wet insulation), carpenters Matthew and Jonathan showed up early one morning. They replaced and floated the sheetrock, reinstalled baseboards and shoe molding, replaced a bathroom door in less than two days. Painter Misa jumped right in to head up the painting effort (repainting the 3 affected rooms along with an adjoining hallway) with the help of Jesus, Junior, and Jose and a couple of other painters I didn't get the names of. Due to multiple coats and a few scheduling issues, the painting took about 9 days of work to complete, but we were thrilled to get all the repairs done in a little over a month. The office staff was attentive to our requests, and Bart kept in touch with us throughout the effort, maintaining a friendly, accommodating and very efficient oversight. Everyone involved was focused, efficient, and notably courteous while being very sensitive to our needs. Left a hugh pile of dead branches, again I had to pick it up. While paying for supplies a Lowe's they snuck a soda, didn't ask, when I looked at receipt $2.58 That spoke volumes. I almost forgot to mention, when I paid them, they never said "Thank-You" 3 occasions. Come on-You won't see them on my property again-Sloppy at Best
