My balloons looked dull and flat, I felt like what I was charged didn't add up to what I got. The added eucalyptus and butterflies were an additional 45 dollars, which shouldn't have been more than 25 dollars because they're so cheap on Amazon, if I would have known I would have bought them and added them myself. There was also a misunderstanding with the custom decal, it ended up not being what I wanted but decided to keep the mistake since it was noticed last minute. Not sure if all this was because it was during a possible busy season If I just had bad luck. Anyway, that was just my experience.

They did not show up for the event, would not return my calls, and even though they agreed to refund our money afterward, they did no such thing and we've had to go through fraud claims with the bank to try to recoup funds.
