Customer service and particularly the front desk needs an entire revamp. Communication is poor and barely even exists, unless it's automated text to remind you of appointments and them calling you to reschedule your appointment because of a scheduling mistake THEY made. You walk into the office and have to acknowledge the front desk first before they even speak to you, just a very mediocre exchange. You're going to sit on hold forever if you call and..you might even get hung up on if you say you want to speak to a manager. I contemplated writing this review because overall my issue was resolved, however, the customer service is overwhelming disappointing that I felt this had to be said. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

The worst experience i ever had. I was in the lobby waiting for over 30 minutes after my appointment time. They had me in the office for almost 2 hours just to get a cleaning and xray. I fell asleep in the chair for 30 mins before they finally came to assist me. The dental hygienist was in a serious rush. She came in and did the cleaning within 5 minutes. She was rushing so much that she went over my gums with the drill tool, causing my gums to bleed and hurt. When she flossed my teeth it was extremely painful. She didn't care at all about me. Once i was finished she literally said u can go. Do not go there, they will cause u pain and try to up charge your cleaning read more

These people did a cleaning and X-rays and did not tell me my insurance was out of network until the end of the process. My service is usually 100% covered. It would be nice to tell people if their insurance is now out of network instead of being greedy. *Edit - The manager called me after seeing this review and refunded me for the inconvenience. got to my appointment 10 minutes before time had an appointment for me and my husband the tech that took me back was great. The technician that actually cleaned my teeth took about five minutes never have. I went to the dentist and got a five minute cleaning never provided me with a six months appointment time, just cleaned my teeth and told me what is recommended in the price I feel this office need to work on there customers care service skills and talk to a better job on taking the time with the patient regarding their cleaning so I know I'm probably gonna have to go to another office to get cleaning before six months read more

Although their office is a bit far from where I live, it's worth the drive. The receptionist are the sweetest, the dental assistants and lead dentist/doctors make sure any questions or concerns a customer has is clarified with comfort. Customer service is highly recommended! read more

Went there about a month ago. The service was good at the beginning When I first got there they did x-rays, which they stated "was free" with my insurance but then they sat me down in the dental chair and I waited at least 30 mins. Then they came and offered me a cleaning, which again they said was "free" included with my dental insurance. And now they called me back 2 weeks later saying that I owe them +$300. A bunch of scam people. Next time y'all need to get y'all's facts straight and not rip off people. I'm definitely not coming back here. Waste of time and money. read more

This was one of the most awkward experiences I have ever been through. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. However, once you stepped into the back, it was like walking into a virtual world, meaning those staff members were like AI robots running off a program. There was no human emotion. A lady came in and said she was going to take my X-rays. She was more lively than the dentist or the assistant. I was asked how I was by the dentist and that was it. No explanation of what is going to happen or what to expect. Never asked me if I had any questions. When he finished with my root canal he didn't say anything and literally, just got up and left. I was handed prescriptions but it was never explained what they were giving me, if there is anything I should expect afterwards, if there is anything I should look out for. I was only asked if I had any allergies and if I needed to eat, to chew on the opposite side of my mouth. This was my first, and hopefully last, root canal. I have no idea what to expect now that it's over or what I should look out for if something goes wrong. Yes, I could have asked questions, but I was completely thrown off by the lack of human emotion. I guess overall the procedure went well but I would honestly have no idea. read more

Beautiful and clean building. I came across a thanksgiving special online and decided to take advantage of it. I call to make inquiries and I was asked to come in. I was very specific about what I wanted to do (Dental implant) when I came in, they came up with several stories looking for ways to extort more money from me. Like you need to do a CBTC scan, you will need to fill the width of your bone graft, the specialist available won't be able to take that amount for your implant, you will need to commit otherwise the specials will end on the 30th of November.... Then finally, they came out straight saying they won't be offering me their services. What a shame! read more

Horrible service very rude and racist staff, didn't feel welcomed at all I would not waste my time or money here

My dentist referred my to them for a root canal. First, they called and moved my appointment for some reason. Then, there was an issue with my insurance which my corporate benefits team resolved the same day. I asked Voss Dental to call the insurance company the next day, but instead they just called me and told me there was still a problem. I told them at that point to cancel my appointment and they seemed happy about that. Its like they don't want any business. read more

The level of attention you are given from the moment you walk in is exceptional. Appointments always on time, office is spotless and very well run practice. DR. Khobyari is wonderful and so knowledgeable. Doctor addresses all your concerns and makes sure you understand everything that needs to be done. Before coming into this office I was terrified of the dentist, but now I can say that is a very pleasant experience each visit at the dentist.
