I've also had the pleasure of working with Doug, who did an amazing job on a sternum tattoo for me. The shop has a comfy waiting area with couches and a water fountain for your convenience. It is also very clean including the restroom! But that is because they exceed the best. They set the bar high. So high that it shines, free of competitors finger prints. Competitors jump frantically, but can't even get close enough for their tired body's, steamy breath, to leave evidence they were close enough to leave a fading mark of condensation as they catch a glimpse of the bar set by LG. I'm guessing 13 years of perfect inspections also helps keep that bar gleaming without a spec of dust. Experiencing Looking Glass will literally leave all 5 of your senses plenty sensational and you will find yourself wanting more. Your sense of smell will miss the unique smokey smell of incense that lingers on your clothes long after you've left...don't worry they have their favorite brand for sale. Their is plenty to view from gorgeous, well kept fish aquariums to the staff's impressive artwork, and other unique decor. There is candy for the taste buds. Good music for the ears. The needle will hurt a bit but its always more than worth it. The team consists of diverse, skilled, characters that are fun and friendly, quite a bit ornery, but dare I say...professional as fuck. If you are brave enough to risk never finding satisfaction at any other tattoo gallery then what are you waiting for? You're already 13 years late!

I believe you can be cautious, safe, and run a good business without being nasty. Hey, guy who owns the joint: you know what I'm talking about. As a matter of fact, being nice to your customers actual helps your business! I just wanted to buy a nose ring. Sounds easy, right? And fun! I guess I shouldn't be surprised at how the entire interaction went when someone answered the phone and just barked Hello. No need to announce the name of the establishment, I guess. The guy acted like there were gold and diamond lilies springing up around the corners of his shop. The "app" I was referred to, let me book an appointment that apparently didn't exist... nor did the request go through to the booking agent at the shop. Which, I think, is also the friendly gentleman who has banned me because the whole thing frustrated me to the point that I called him out on his rudeness. After a couple of attempts to figure out this little system they've got going - all while just being talked over on the phone - I gave up. And yeah, hung up. Then I got fired after I quit with a crappy text from the business number advising I 'stay away' from the place. Am I getting a restraining order too? Its almost laughable. Almost. I can't believe I actually had an argument just trying to buy a piece of jewelry. Business owners out there: do you or your employees start arguments with customers? Especially ones who call with a smile in their voice? It really takes quite a bit to make me angry.
