She's obviously passionate about the food and the business. I had rabbit with noodles and shaved truffle. It was amazing, the rabbit was cooked perfectly, the noodles very flavorful, and the truffle was subtle but worthwhile. The rest of my party all enjoyed their meals, each of which was similarly unique and carefully composed. I completely recommend this 8 seat restaurant. I doubt you'll be disappointed.
