This place is a must for dinner if you are visiting Javea. Very inspired menu with really interesting mix of flavours and textures. Everything is locally sourced, including beautiful bread from Pedregeur served with seaweed butter. We had 3 fish dishes and 2 most between 3 of us. Each course more interesting and flavourful than the last.
The cheese board was so good we ordered a 2nd one!
What makes this place stand out the most is the incredible service. Each dish comes with a thorough explanation about the ingredients and cooking methods. Our waiter Jasmina was extremely knowledgable and we asked her lots of questions about the cheese! She even gave lots of recommendations about the best places to buy locally sourced cheese.
