I've visited here twice, both times ordering the spiral croissants, their so called and playfully named "escargot", one with chocolate and pistachio, the other with raisins. I loved both. The croissants, while perfectly flaky, had a soft, moist interior where the filling nestled. The bottom was sticky with syrup. Of the two, my favorite was the pistachio-filled escargot, with chocolate chips that were neither too rich nor too dark, just right.
If only I could be there again!
