I am so excited to write this review for Julie. She did SO,…read moreSO MUCH for our wedding! Julie planned, ordered, designed, sawed, measured, delivered, set up, (and even took down!) almost every stylistic element that we could conjure up together. Just to name a thing or two We met early, months before the actual wedding date, in her amazing at-home studio. She walked me through her giant walk-in cooler, which held so many flowers and greens that I had never seen before! Julie showed me an incredible amount of consideration and patience throughout every step in the planning process. And gracefully dealt with my random texts for months on end And at the end of it all- it came together more beautifully than I could have imagined. Above and beyond. Incredible. No exaggerations necessary. Thank you for everything, Julie! To you and your team! You made our day so beautiful

She is so friendly and prompt in her responses. I've had many experiences with floral businesses where I just have to trust that they created and delivered something that I would like for my recipient- they won't or can't send a picture of the final project upon delivery. One of the things I loved best about working with Julie- besides her amazing creative and artistic talent- was her proactive offer to send me pictures of her finished piece, before she delivered it, without me even asking. She communicated with me as she was creating the piece and kept me informed all the way through until delivery. Julie knows how to treat her clients! Thank you Julie for this gorgeous, funky and fashionable piece for my friend who is in need of some special TLC- you knocked it out of the park!! I would highly recommend trusting Julie's creative talents by ordering a designer's choice piece and letting her run with it!

I am so glad I found Parsonage for my wedding - used them for flowers and linens. After meeting…read morewith a few other florists and receiving quotes from a few, Parsonage fit best with my budget and style. I met with Sara Kline (one in person consultation and the rest via phone, as I live out of state), who went over all the various services Parsonage offered and showed me a ton of pictures from her portfolio. From the beginning, she was always willing to listen to what I wanted, what our budget was (this was a deal breaker with some of the other florists, who would quote things out of our budget or change the flowers so drastically that it wasn't even close to what I wanted), flexible when I decided to change things, and had lots of great suggestions to make things work best. Our flowers turned out great - I was so worried that our arrangements would look too small (I wasn't into the whole tall centerpiece thing), but they were perfect. We got so many compliments on the simplicity but yet modern style we chose for our flowers. Sara also suggested tying our gold theme into the flowers by using gold glitter in the water. We ended up getting a mix of white hydrangeas, blush peonies, blush ranunculus, and assorted pink stock. Parsonage also provided all the candles and vases - we were doing a gold theme, so I really wanted gold Mercury glass, which they had no shortage of! We booked our linens too, since we got a 10% discount for doing it all together. We had no issues with the delivery out to Ann Arbor and pickup was just the same. Would definitely recommend to any bride in the metro Detroit area!

Parsonage had already set the flowers up in the wedding tent of the venue, and right then I knew I wanted to go with them as well. Their style is both elegant and whimsical. And although their prices aren't cheap -- the money is well worth it not only because of their gorgeous work, but also for their quality of service. I had the pleasure of working with Sara Kline, who from start to finish was a total professional and very knowledgeable. She was friendly, easy to work with, and passionate. She was also a great listener, making sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and was always available to go over details with me. A bonus was that she was willing (and knowledgeable enough about various types of flowers) to successfully work within my budget. I knew Parsonage would do a great job, but on the day of my wedding I was simply blown away. The arrangements had far exceeded my expectations. The venue looked simply stunning. There are so many things that can go wrong on the day of your wedding, and as a bride I'd prepared myself to be OK with that. In this case it was the exact opposite -- I got above and beyond what I expected, and I couldn't have been happier with Parsonage's work. I'm so glad I chose them.

I felt confident that they could deliver on my request for the $78.90 that I gave them. The bouquet arrived on the scheduled arrival day. But what arrived was very different from what I requested. It was a funeral-themed bouquet of white roses, unopened garish fuschia lillies, and an assortment of flowers at various stages of death and decay. I understand if their supplies were stretched thin over the holiday, but then they shouldn't have taken my order or told me they could deliver. They said that they would call me back and make things right. A week later, this is still unresolved. I'm in the process of getting some different flowers for my mom to make up for this. Huge disappointment.

I am writing this review to make sure that anyone buying at this business is aware…read more I pride myself on supporting local business. I am done so at this business yearly. That being indicated, we have a situation that just changed supporting this business. Last fall, we purchased a blooming tree. This spring it was dead. We had done everything that they had indicated. Including buying additional products that they told us to use at additional cost. Even after doing so the tree is dead. We went in and explained the situation and looked for a solution. We were told that they have- NO GAURANTEE ON ANYTHING THEY SELL. I was in disbelief that they do not stay behind anything sold. I could not believe that for the amount of money that it would cost them to replace that they would jeopardize their name. BUT THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. AN SORRY AND WALK AWAY. So much for caring about their name. Again, I usually write reviews. But, "BUYER BEWARE ". This bothers me to stop support for a local business but they had a simple choice and declined. There are alot of nursery and flower sales that stand behind their products. I suggest using one of them.
