Trash is everywhere--overflowing dumpsters, litter all over the parking lot, and no one seems to care. Speaking of the dumpster, it's ridiculously far from most of the units, so be prepared for a long walk just to take out your garbage. Stupid to pay $30/month for garbage fee when other apartments do valet trash pickup for the same price. People rev their motorcycles and cars at all hours, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Kids run up and down the stairs screaming. If you value peace and quiet, look elsewhere. But the absolute worst part? The property manager tells you that maintenance can enter your apartment at any time, without warning. No notice, no respect for privacy--just people coming and going as they please. And there are ALWAYS inspections EVERY MONTH. That is completely unacceptable and a huge invasion of privacy. There has been times when I'm trying to get sleep and I get a knock on the door and maintenance just barges in. And do not listen to Wanda, she is a liar no help.

However, when older neighbors passed on or moved away, a bunch of busy bodies moved in and got up in your business, and pretty much harassed me about everything and made it miserable to live there. For example, I had requested no in unit bug service because I did not want someone coming into my unit when I wasn't home for the safety of my cats with the doors, and they had the bug guy force his way into my unit and told me it was mandatory and that I had no choice in the matter. Also, there is no protection for the bottom floor units from damage caused by upstairs units. I had massive damage once due to a stack pipe leak, and then again when the upstairs unit did not maintain their hot water heater and it exploded. The condo association wouldn't even repair the drywall and ensure there was no water in between the walls when the water heater exploded, and I lost some newer kitchen cabinets as a result. I would recommend if you are considering buying in here to look at Spring Lakes rather than Wildewood Springs I or Wildewood Springs II, and to only buy a villa unit without someone above you.

ALL DAY LONG, and that is only one of THREE construction projects going on in this parking lot area. And when that isn't going on, then there is the near-constant noise from the Wildewood Springs workers running power equipment to do the landscaping, like mowers and edgers and trimmers, etc. So, if you're considering buying or renting in Wildewood Springs, be forewarned, from dawn 'til dusk, it's really, really, noisy here!

On my move-in day there were a lot of issues- which all turned out to be because I made a mistake with my username- but Ann and Sandy both went the extra mile to get me moved in! Two days later I decided I needed a bigger apartment, and they let me choose a two-bedroom and move with no additional charges and no hassles. I have lived in a few different apartments, and I really have to say this is one of the nicest ones. I sleep during the day, so having a quiet place is super important- and I am sleeping so well! It's very quiet! I have found everything to be in good repair- and maintenance is very responsive when I do need something. I'm looking at other reviews and couldn't disagree more with most of them. It's true that the gate occasionally is stuck open- but that's because kids try to climb them and mess up the mechanism! Its always fixed within the day. I have found the pool to be clean and the furniture must have been replaced, because nothing is broken. The landscapers sometimes do leave a mess- but the office is aware of this and working to fix it. You know what? No place is perfect, but this place comes close enough for me. I shopped for rentals all around this area and Springs At Palma Sola is pretty reasonable in comparison. If you want cheap rent you def need to go farther inland! As for me, I'm willing to pay a little more to me 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island! I really love it at Springs At Palma Sola!

I asked to switch units or have some sort of grace and I was sent an email explaining nothing would be done for me and my lease will be cancelled. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere because this has thrown a wrench into my move to Tampa- 5 days prior to the date of my move. This is insane.
