The IV fluids with vitamins have kept my bloodwork looking good too. Everyone is super nice, and I really like both Tulsa locations. They always try to fit you in without an appointment. I've never had an issue. The staff check on you often to make sure you're feeling good. They have comfy chairs, healthy snacks, and coffee-tea-electrolyte water, blankets, and hot packs too. I always enjoy the time relaxing when I'm there. These types of places really are convenient for if you're just looking for an energy boost from an injection, or you're getting over an illness and need a little extra hydration and vitamins. They offer many other services too!

I got a vitamin D shot and an NAD shot in my glute and got an IV of magnesium, vitamin C, along with some other vitamins. There is an astronomical difference by getting vitamins via IV as opposed to swallowing them. The people who took care of me were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They helped me narrow down what exactly I should take for my symptoms. I am a big baby when it comes to needles, especially IV. They made it as painless as possible. Very professional and caring people. The facility is nice and clean. When I was getting my IV bag, they sat me down in a comfortable recliner chair with a warm blanket and water. I dozed off, relaxing and looking at the cool artsy thing they have on the wall in this dimly lit room. I am so glad I went to this place because now I will be a regular and I'm telling the rest of my friends and family about it. Highly recommended for anyone trying to kick a sickness or take your health back in your own hands.

it began as a great service and one that I needed badly. However, the only reason I decided to even…read moreuse this company is because I was told several times that you did not need an appointment that you could walk in. However, that quickly became untrue and having to make an appointment is not something I can do. The owner of the establishment is very nice. However, the people that he has working for them many of them are very rude especially via email. I tried to cancel my account a couple times, but the owner kept insisting that he would work around my schedule, but that didn't happen and I finally decided to quit and never go back. My problem with the facility is just the people who work there are not always very friendly, especially in writing, and also the fact that advertised as walk-in and that was not the case.

I signed up for a six-month membership at Prime IV Hydration at $160/month. When I joined, I asked…read moreif I could still make it worthwhile despite my busy schedule. I was told that any unused IV drips would roll over into the following months--great! Or so I thought. Fast forward to the end of my six months: I went to cancel my membership and was told that if I canceled, I would lose all of my unused drips. That made no sense to me since I had paid for them month after month and was specifically told they would carry over. The only option I was given was to pause my membership for $10/month for three months to preserve the drips. I did that and used a couple more, but still had a few left. When I asked another staff member if I'd lose those drips after cancellation, she assured me I'd keep them because they were already paid for. So I canceled with confidence--only to find out later that I had just 30 days to use the remaining IVs after cancellation, and now they're gone. This kind of misinformation happened constantly. I got conflicting answers from nearly every staff member I spoke with. The policies were unclear, the contract wording was vague, and communication was poor overall. Aside from that, I also had inconsistent experiences with the nurses. One of them gave me a B12 injection so roughly that it bruised badly. It honestly felt careless. The only good thing I can say is that the massage chairs and oxygen during the IVs were relaxing. But in terms of value, professionalism, and consistency, this place really missed the mark. If you're considering IV therapy, I'd recommend Alpha IV Hydration over Prime IV any day.
