They helped me narrow down what exactly I should take for my symptoms. I am a big baby when it comes to needles, especially IV. They made it as painless as possible. Very professional and caring people. The facility is nice and clean. When I was getting my IV bag, they sat me down in a comfortable recliner chair with a warm blanket and water. I dozed off, relaxing and looking at the cool artsy thing they have on the wall in this dimly lit room. I am so glad I went to this place because now I will be a regular and I'm telling the rest of my friends and family about it. The only option I was given was to pause my membership for $10/month for three months to preserve the drips. I did that and used a couple more, but still had a few left. When I asked another staff member if I'd lose those drips after cancellation, she assured me I'd keep them because they were already paid for. So I canceled with confidence--only to find out later that I had just 30 days to use the remaining IVs after cancellation, and now they're gone. This kind of misinformation happened constantly. I got conflicting answers from nearly every staff member I spoke with. The policies were unclear, the contract wording was vague, and communication was poor overall. Aside from that, I also had inconsistent experiences with the nurses. One of them gave me a B12 injection so roughly that it bruised badly. It honestly felt careless. The only good thing I can say is that the massage chairs and oxygen during the IVs were relaxing. But in terms of value, professionalism, and consistency, this place really missed the mark.
