Was told Kosta just doesn't write it all out - have to trust him. Against my better judgement I did - seemed like a very nice man. Unfortunately when it came time to install the new furnace everything we were told about where it would fit and how it would service the upstairs was WRONG. Tons of finagling to make it work and we paid the bill they sent ... then they dropped the whole project! Demanded more money than quoted to come back and do the same scope of work and when refused they never returned a single call again .. or email. No response, took payment and left the job UNDONE. This experience for Feb-April was horrific. They overcharged for items, they attempted to put extremely cheap shower doors in verses the ones We spoke about that had thick glass and beautiful design. The master shower was originally so small it barely fit one. We ended up having it ripped out and tile put in and they charged us for their mistakes and that of the electricians. Very unhappy customer. Our shower doors do not remain closed, they are still installed improperly and they made numerous excuses. They over charged for the new ceiling exhaust fans that can't even suck a single piece of toilet paper. When asked they said it's our poor circulation. I have so many things wrong and will need to find a carpenter to fix at some point. I have copies of all my invoices for items and it took three weeks to get copy of final bill. I do not recommend anyone using Elite. In My opinion and that of several family members and friends they did a horrible job!
