This all took place after weeks of correspondence and an verbal agreement that they would be interested in the work. I even sent pictures to show them exactly what the job entitled and I was assured that they were interested in the job. I agree with other reviews that they provide no courtesy. If they were not interested at least they could of told me from the get go so I could of found someone else. Brutal.

Potential customer should know that when you hire Lee Valley Carpentry, you have Mark doing the work not some inexperienced handyman. My patio and deck project required both new install and working with existent features. Mark ensured that everything was beautifully aligned and the products that he used were top quality. In short, if you want an outdoor living space that you take pride in and want to last, you should work with Mark. Most recently, we had them remove a very large tree limb that had fallen on the neighbour's roof (thank you freak September snowstorm), and then take the remainder of the tree out of our yard. This tree was at least 60 years old and MASSIVE. In less than three hours, they had completed the entire job without a bit of damage to the neighbour's roof, fence or property and opened up our yard beautifully, making way for some new landscaping projects in the spring. Extra effort was put into stacking the wood into a corner of our backyard, hauling away all the branches and sweeping up HUNDREDS of leaves. I cannot recommend Bow Valley highly enough and wouldn't even consider using anyone else for tree services. Thumbs up guys!
