ORANGE is a rip-off. On our Sept. trip to Paris, we purchased two "ORANGE HOLIDAY" sim cards at…read morethe airport. The salesperson assured us all we had to do was put these new sim cards into our phones, but no, he would not do it for us. And also told us the special little tool for accessing the SIM port on our phones was included in the envelope (it was not). We attempted to install both SIM cards, neither of which worked. Finally got help from a Lyca (sp?) store in Paris, and purchased NEW SIM cards from another carrier, which worked great. I haven't yet found a customer service email online to get a refund. The live chat person hung up on me after giving me a 4-DIGIT phone number to call, which would not, of course, work in the US. Really bad customer service, and what a rip-off.
