I love working with AmCheck because they are a local business and they have great customer service. I can call at any time with any question and they're always willing to help. As a small business owner who wears many hats and doesn't have a background in HR, this is super helpful. They offer a lot of things that other payroll companies don't including webinars and a free employment attorney hotline. The hotline has been a life saver when I have questions about labor laws, contracts, and more. It's so great to have a free resource just a phone call away who can point you in the right direction. I highly recommend their services.

I just had the worst month I have ever had, worse than my first month in business. I was overwhelmed and at a ceiling that I didn't know how to get above it. Missy was able to show me, sometimes instead of working hard you just need to pause. For someone who tends to push harder when things aren't going the way, I plan, this was difficult. She was able to convince me that mindset is a real thing and what to do to shift. As a strategist, I also need someone who not only will work on the mindset piece but also have the strategy part down as well. She was able to balance both and still stay on top of calling me out on my shit when my stubbornness kicked in. Missy's approach and leadership qualities were what got me over that edge. She will always be my sales guru and I recommend her to any business owner struggling on their own in this area.

Her NO excuses approach helped me figure out a HUGE hurdle I "was and wasn't" aware of, AND didn't really know what to do about it... She brought so much clarity around "stories" I was telling myself, and helped guide me on what steps to take next to "get out of my head." That VERY day I finished my first daily to-do list in YEARS! (They were always too big... Ha) NO more stories!!! I'm beyond appreciative of our connection and Missy's coaching abilities. Her soul, energy, spunk, and knowledge of biz are BEYOND inspirational , motivational, and strategic! She truly has helped me claim my BAD@$$! I am looking forward to working more with Missy in the future and seeing the AWESOMENESS we create!

I highly recommend this special education law firm to anyone looking for a successful outcome. I…read morewas referred to Megan Law Firm by one of their clients, a school board member, who confidently assured me that this firm genuinely cares about its clients and that most school districts fear them. The public school system failed my daughter, as we know they do when it comes to special education. My daughter struggled in her previous high school due to a lack of academic support and IEP services not being implemented. To top it off, her ADA rights were violated by not having a functioning elevator for individuals with disabilities under Title II. However, an excellent outcome was possible due to a great legal team and the extra help from our attorney, Mr. McDaniel, who successfully got my daughter into private school with transportation included, funded by her school district due to her cognitive and physical challenges. Therefore, Megan Nuñez Special Education Law Firm is on of the best in San Diego due to its dedication and excellent team that prioritizes clients--aiming for the best possible results. Due to their high demand and busy caseloads, communication can be difficult and there is a waitlist, but the outcome justifies the wait; be patient, buckle up, and trust the process.
