Then the front desk told me they charge their members a late fee as well.I am a member and I pay 80 dollars a month. This was my first time late ever. I already pay $80 a month, then you deny my entry to a class I pay for a booked already and then wanted to charge a late fee on top of that. Also, after cancellation of my membership the front desk then told me I would still be charge one more time for next month. Their customer service is horrible. Their goal is to not help you improve, but to get every dollar from you possible. The trainers are nice and that's about the only good thing at this place.

I called to see why I had been billed, and they said because I didn't cancel which was an absolute lie. The person that was working in the evening of April 3 did not do their job. This place needs to do a little bit better at training and customer service. The young lady that I spoke to today so that there's nothing that she could do. Orange Theory is known for this as I have many friends who are or have been members. I would try another location. I will take my business back to the Aliana location.

Tons of space and lots of machines. It is not a commercial big box gym, more niche. They have a nice boxing area in the back and a cute kids zone. The group workout room was a nice size. The only downfall is there is no stage for the instructor. We couldn't see them unless they milled around the room, which they did. We registered in advance and get notices about events happening at the gym.
