The new booking was confirmed and lo and behold they charged me for the cancelled appointment and when I called to ask why I was charged already and if they would charge me for next week's, the cold reply was "yes, that is the policy". This was going to be my first time at Pure Bliss but the Jennifer's complete indifference and callousness left me shocked and determined to never do business with Pure Bliss ever again. Is my decision going to hurt their business? possibly no, but I wanted everyone to know this establishment lacks any sense of service and hospitality.

I was very disappointed lately when dealing with Revive Professional Salon regarding a gift…read morecertificate. I had received a massage as a gift a few years back from my husband. The certificate came with a 3-year expiration date, which was great. Even better news, when I initially spoke with Revive (I actually had a second certificate so I was booking an appointment) I was told that, despite the date on the certificate, mine was actually valid for 6 years. Awesome, right? Well, after looking at the calendar and deciding to finally treat myself to a "Me Day", I called to book the appointment, only to be told that my certificate had expired after *five* years (two months prior). I asked whether they were making any sort of exceptions due to COVID (which was the entire reason that I had waited so long to use mine in the first place), and her response was "no", since their location had "only been shut down for one month during the pandemic". Just as I finally felt comfortable venturing out for something that was relaxing/"just for me", after working in healthcare during the pandemic, I learned that they were offering no grace, nor understanding, for the various situations people might recently have been in. A very frustrating situation for a person who has supported local businesses as much as possible throughout the past two years, only to feel that Revive did not feel the same loyalty towards its customers.

I did my first sleep study with Winmar because my primary provider recommended that I do a sleep…read morestudy. After I completed my first sleep study, Winmar couldn't come up with any definitive results on whether or not I had sleep apnea or not. The technician asked me if I could come back for a second sleep study and this was not possible due to my job. Recently, this past December, I did a second sleep study with Winmar because it was recommended again by my provider. This time, Winmar was able to tell me that I had severe sleep apnea. However, the hospital would not cover a CPAP machine and I had no insurance. Winmar would not allow me to make payments towards a CPAP machine and I needed one at the time. This company doesn't care about the patient and if you need medical equipment like a CPAP machine or not. All they care about is the bottom line and profit. If they did care about me, they would have allowed me to make payments on a ridiculously overpriced CPAP machine that they so conveniently sell. But the employee that I worked with, Danelle, told me that Winmar was not going to allow me to make payments on a CPAP machine and that they have never allowed anyone to do so in the past. She proceeded to tell me how they would accept cash. Well, I did not have $1,400 lying around and that is why I asked if I could make payments. Instead, Danelle repeated herself and said that the Board met and said no. My advice is don't do any sleep studies with Winmar. It is a total waste of time! And once they find out that you are unable to afford their product or products, they drop you like a bad habit and there is absolutely no follow up whatsoever. They don't care about you as a patient or customer at all.
