They place a sticker on your windshield that'll scan everytime you pass for a car wash, unfortunately this sticker cannot be removed and you cannot share it so if you own more than one car, you will need to get another membership. If you try to remove the sticker and it tears, you will need to pay for another one. You can also pay for single car washes, but with the unlimited membership it's a great way to keep your ride looking clean year long, especially in winter - I love getting those salt stains off and don't have to feel bad if it gets dirty again the next day. The wash itself is very quick, if there is no line up you can go in and out in less than 5 mins. We've been going every week for the past couple months and never waited too long. It's a popular spot for taxis, depending on time of day, you may see a line up but it moves pretty quickly. The result in terms of cleanliness is great, not much different than what you would get at a gas stations.
