My winter tires were already on the rims. I waited one hour and a half in an unheated waiting room…read moreto have them placed on the car. Clients that arrived after me had their cars finished before mine. One day after I left the garage the tire sensors came on, I called and was told to leave the car for the week. I refused and asked for another appointment which was flatly denied. I went to the dealer and had the problem fixed for an additional fee. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME AT THIS PLACE. I wrote to the garage stating my problem above and the additional fee, they never wrote back.

This is literally the worst Garage I ever went to. I have to…read moretell you a medium sized story for this: First of all I bought a Car witch was previously driven in BC, so to get Licence Plates in Province Quebec it needed a "Out of Province Check". So called this Garage and made an Appointment for next day. When I got there I gave him my Key and he said I could come back in about 1 Hour. So far so good. When I came back after 1 and a half Hours, they hadn't even started. After another Hour, when they were finally finished, the unfriendly guy with black dreadlocks said, that my Car didn't passed the Test, too bad. He said the Motor Mounts are over, the ABS needs to be done, the Battery isn't tight enough and I need a 3rd breaking Light. 750$ he said. But the ABS system is not even included, because at first they have to run a test to see what is causing the issue. Could be only a shortcut in the cables, or it could be the whole ABS System Box. I thought ok, that is more than i expected, but I couldn't really blame the garage for these defects, and it was already an old Car anyways. They said he can order all the stuff he needs right now and could get the fixed car tomorrow afternoon. At the next day when I called in to get my fixed car, he said it's not done yet, and should call in again tomorrow. I wasn't surprised at all. As grabbed the Car at the next day, he said it's all done, and the ABS defect was a sensor witch they had to change, so no big deal. I was glad to hear that, so i drove home with my fixed car. When I got home I saw that they changed the whole ABS System Box, because my old one was laying in the trunk, and another pretty old and rusty one was installed instead. Even though they said it was only the sensor, very strange! But I didn't rally wanted to complain because a system box would be much more than only a sensor. So that was the first thing. The second thing was, when it got dark, and I turned on the lights, one Fuse broke and all the Cockpit light went off immediately. I thought they did something wrong with the cabling. Next day I drove back to the garage, and the technician checked it, at first he changed the fuse, but I kept braking, he checked the front lights, but they were still working. After 30 minutes of measuring something he said it's a different electrical problem, he could put the car on a computer, but that would cost money. Because it was only the cockpit light and nothing really important I decided to let it as it was. Also I needed the car immediately because I went on a Roadtrip with friends afterwards. As we were 2 days on the Trip and driving in the dark, some guy behind us was honking all the time, so me stopped, and he told us, that our Backlights weren't working (!). And I knew that the technician hadn't checked those. I was also pretty sure at that moment, that both lights are connected and went over that one Fuse, that broke a few days ago. Wow, this technician has to be a total idiot! At next day we arrived in Quebec City, and because of the fact that this Garage belongs to the NAPA chain, witch also is in Quebec, I was pretty sure to get it fixed for free there. That's what I thought. So I was calling the dreadlock guy from the Montreal Garage and explained everything to him. But this asshole told me they don't have a warranty on electric issues, only on Mecanic ones! Warranty?! What was he thinking, it didn't even work at all, this has nothing to do with warranty!! But he told me that he can't do anything for me anymore. Because of that I had to go to a garage and pay for the repair. It took the technicians 10 mins to figure out the fault. Guess what, THE CABLING WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. He literally took to wires from one backlight and put it on the new backlight. And when the technicians disconnect it again, it worked. Not the 3rd light, but I already passed the check so I don't need it anymore..;) So I hope that I could give you an impression of how things work at that garage, they got no idea of what they are doing! So if you want to get your car fucked up, go there!
