From the beginning, Gina and her team provided structure, support, and clear guidance that helped me feel grounded during such a stressful time. I was also deeply moved when Mark and Michelle Hiepler personally offered their support and guidance during the mediation process. Gina was able to keep my case out of trial and guided us through mediation instead. Throughout the process, she was calm, empathetic, and genuinely cared about my well-being. At the same time, she was assertive, effective, and relentless in dealing with the agency we were up against. From start to finish Omega Law has been super helpful to me. It was devastating as I use exercise as a stress reliever and I had to stop due to the pain. I was set up with a chiropractor to help with the pain, got an MRI and so much more. When I contacted them, I was able to meet up locally at a public space to discuss the process and fill out paperwork. That was also amazing because the person I had that appointment with drove all the way from Long Beach to Oxnard, CA and I only drove 3min to my local coffee shop! I was very nervous if any of this was worth doing and although it was a long process, Im happy I did it because they took care of contacting the insurance and negotiating and I was able to buy a new car pretty early on in the process so that was awesome! Now, im finally getting compensated for the trouble I had to go through in the last year because of the accident and im very glad this chapter is finally closing and want to thank the entire Omega team for taking care of everything for me, you guys are awesome!

My experience with this firm was okay overall (except for Tony, he was great), but there were…read moreseveral things that I feel could have been handled better. I appreciated the help I received with my case after my car accident, but communication and attention to detail were sometimes frustrating. I repeatedly asked that they not call or discuss my case with my mom because this was my case and I wanted to keep my situation private. Despite that, there were occasions when they still contacted her, which made me feel that my requests and privacy were not being fully respected. There were also multiple occasions where my last name was misspelled. While this may seem like a small detail, I believe these things matter, especially when dealing with someone's legal case. At times, it felt like they were all over the place, and I wish they had taken more time to get to know me as a client and understand my preferences. Another thing that disappointed me was that once my case was finished, no one reached out to schedule a final meeting or even check in with me. I would have appreciated an opportunity to go over the case one last time, ask any final questions, and discuss whether I was satisfied with the service I received. Even a simple follow-up to ask how I felt about experience would have made a difference. Overall, the service was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in communication, organization, attention to detail, and client follow-up. I'm giving 2 stars because I did receive assistance with my case, but | think taking a little more time to listen to and follow up with clients would make the experience much better.

I did speak with Mr Sua along the way and it was a good meeting, however and understandably contact with him is limited. I was not impressed with the support staff, I even had a lawyer swap half way through my case and I was never informed of the change, I happened to call in and I was then advised of the change, even at that time I never spoke to my new lawyer he (Ricardo) was almost non existent again the saving grace was Robin. I feel like that was poorly handled. My retainer never got behind but believe me if it got close there was a call made to add funds, which made me feel like everything was money driven. Sylvia was relentless. I think they are a respected company within the court system but I can't say I'd return if Robin wasn't on the case or Mr. Sua himself.
