If you have an injury or are unable to do something, there's always an alternate option. I never feel self conscience. The group sessions are great and the members are friendly. The food program uses easy to find foods, you get a shopping list and recipes and it tastes great. The menu repeats meals to help with cooking for today's busy world.

I thought I would never learn to swim until I met Justin. He is quite professional and knowledgable about the thing he teaches, I love how he helps build up my skills step by step. After my third class with Justin, I was surprised that I was able to swim! I lived very far away and was late almost every time, Justin was very patient and considerate about it and was willing to accommodate to my schedule and even provided additional time.
