I have rust just around my petrol cap, so I wanted a flower to go around my petrol cap to disguise the rust. I was told about this place and went. It was abit of a mess and very unorganised. The staff said they were too busy to do me the fower immediately, but they told me to pay then for it, and pay the p&p charges and they would post it to me. so I payed the £8, and told them exactly what I wanted, a flower head that would go around my petrol cap. I said I would cut the inside out myself. The woman scribbled it down on a piece of paper and said I should have it in about a week. Two weeks passed and I still didnt have my flower, so I rang. The man on the phone was aplogetic and said they had totally forgot. More like lost the scrap piece of paper I think. So I described what I wanted and gave all my details again. He said he would do it immediately and put it in the post that day. Another week passed and I still didnt have my flower. So I rang again (really annoyed at this point). He promised me it was in the post. A few days later, graphics arrived, but not the graphics I wanted. I was sent two tiny flowers, neither of which fit around my petrol cap, and one even had a stem. I dont understand why I was sent 2 flowers, when I only asked for one, and neither of which where what I asked for. I gave up at this point. They are hopeless & unorganised.
