Bad leaks around my steps made it impossible to keep the pool full and over time the older liner was trashed. New liner installed, refreshed resealed the stepz, painted the deck. Most importantly, we had a ground water problem that required us to install a proper dewatering system near the main drain of the pool to help make sure there was no ground water in the bottom of the pool. It's a big deal to me when getting involved in a big project to know that the person handling it has what's best for YOU in mind, and not what's best for their wallet. Chad at Oasis came out the same day to start the Green-to-Clean process. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I know very little about what was to be involved. They came out the following Monday and Tuesday. When they noticed the process was going slower than normal, Wednesday they replaced the worn filter. They came back Friday to verify the process was then complete & the pool was ready! We had a great pool party on Saturday for the 4th of July. The pool still looks fantastic!
