He recommended his "weekend lift" despite the fact that I'd already had a mini facelift 7 years prior. I ended up looking just about identical to what I did prior to the operation. I was also told a necklift was included, yet there was NO difference in my neck at all (before and after pictures speak for themselves). Also, there's certain things a patient should be doing/avoiding 2 weeks prior to surgery. No one contacted me to give me any directions on stopping ibuprofen, etc. I had to call them and ask. I also found them to be friendly until the surgery is over. You then become a number. For 12,000 I was ripped off. Of course when I brought him my concerns I was told it would get better over time...it did not. I was then gaslit and told it looked fine. Really?. Saw another surgeon who said Dr. D should've known that I was a candidate for a deep plane, not his weekend lift. But then, it's all about the money, right?! PLEASE go elsewhere...I wish someone would've told warned me :/

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS BY STAFF AND FAMILY MEMBERS…read more I had a Xeomin injection here and it was the most horrible experience. It was only my 3rd time getting a botox/Xeomin injection ever. The first couple of times i had botox from different facilities it was great but for some unfortunate reason Google brought me for my 3rd session and the nurse who injected me either didn't know the proper anatomical landmarks or she simply over diluted the product to save more products which a lot of med spas do. I had to go back after two weeks because the injection didn't work and even after the second session to correct what didn't work the first time, sadly it still failed and did nothing. I was so frustrated and flabbergasted, i dont know if the nurse just inject a fake Xeomin on me or just plain old Normal Saline. Anyways, i went to another facility to correct the issue and it worked so i know there's something weong the nurse did to me. What a tragic and sad situation. I'm pretty sure they'll also dilute the fillers so they could save the products. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This place is a corrupt.

I tend to have issues along my entire posterior chain as the result of desk work and stress, and usually ask masseuses to focus on my upper and mid back. Because this was my first time in, I went with a full body massage. While there is a generic flow to most massages, several aspects of Rachel's stood out. Some massages I've had felt like various phases were dragging on. With Rachel, the order of operations felt sensible, timing felt appropriate for each muscle group, and the transitions between groups were smooth. The next facet of the session that stood out was attention to detail. Every group was warmed up prior to receiving a good combination of stretching and pressure. From feet to hands , it felt like all parts of the muscular groups were given care. Finally, and most importantly, Rachel made it abundantly clear that she is open to communication and feedback throughout every step of the session. Some places want you to sit quietly, and this doesn't always work for me. It takes time for someone to get to know you and your needs, which aren't fixed in time. Without communication, it's unlikely you get the most of the experience. All of this being said, I plan to visit again!

The owner doesn't seem to understand how important it is to keep clients satisfied or to accommodate reasonable requests. They charge for consultations, while many other salons offer them for free or apply the fee toward your service. My appointment was denied with no explanation--possibly because I expressed that it's unfair to charge for a consultation without giving customers the option to apply the fee to their service. Regardless, neither the owner nor a manager (if there even is one) attempted to follow up with me. I emailed multiple times with no response. The only time I heard from them was after I booked online, when they denied my appointment and sent a short, dismissive email. After doing more research, I realized this place is highly overpriced for what appears to be low quality customer service . There are plenty of spas in the city that truly care about their clients--try NulQ Wellness, Docere, or The Well Westlake instead. Take your business there and get treated like a customer.

I never met anyone so unprofessional, and unwilling to accommodate a re-occurring customer in person. Her 10 min grace period was not honored per her policy on her website. Instead doors were locked at exactly 10 min after the appointment and she would not even talk to me as a customer to rearrange in person. This to me is really unprofessional and rude. Mind you I was there exactly at the time of the grace period ending on the dot. I even saw a worker walk away from the door as I was at the door. Even though mid drive, communication was there to let them know of this 10 min delay due to traffic. Mind you I was driving from an hour and a half away. This was a complimentary follow up appointment. Because of this, the owner was not as respectful as prior appointments. Why offer a complimentary follow up if you are going to treat a customer like this? Also this complimentary appointment was unable to be rescheduled as complimentary and that was not communicated when making the appointment. She is not mindful of her customer's time and does not respect them enough to even communicate with them face to face. This makes for a poor relationship between customer and client. No matter how "good" your work is. The one thing that sets you apart in this industry is your customer service. She also blocked me as her customer instead of allowing me to freely review on this platform. This is bad business save your money and time and go to any other med spa in the area. There is a reason there is only 5 star reviews on here she blocks her customers before they even can review!
