It was only my 3rd time getting a botox/Xeomin injection ever. The first couple of times i had botox from different facilities it was great but for some unfortunate reason Google brought me for my 3rd session and the nurse who injected me either didn't know the proper anatomical landmarks or she simply over diluted the product to save more products which a lot of med spas do. I had to go back after two weeks because the injection didn't work and even after the second session to correct what didn't work the first time, sadly it still failed and did nothing. I was so frustrated and flabbergasted, i dont know if the nurse just inject a fake Xeomin on me or just plain old Normal Saline. Anyways, i went to another facility to correct the issue and it worked so i know there's something weong the nurse did to me. What a tragic and sad situation. I'm pretty sure they'll also dilute the fillers so they could save the products. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This place is a corrupt.

With Rachel, the order of operations felt sensible, timing felt appropriate for each muscle group, and the transitions between groups were smooth. From feet to hands , it felt like all parts of the muscular groups were given care. Finally, and most importantly, Rachel made it abundantly clear that she is open to communication and feedback throughout every step of the session. Some places want you to sit quietly, and this doesn't always work for me. It takes time for someone to get to know you and your needs, which aren't fixed in time. Regardless, neither the owner nor a manager (if there even is one) attempted to follow up with me. I emailed multiple times with no response. The only time I heard from them was after I booked online, when they denied my appointment and sent a short, dismissive email. After doing more research, I realized this place is highly overpriced for what appears to be low quality customer service . There are plenty of spas in the city that truly care about their clients--try NulQ Wellness, Docere, or The Well Westlake instead. Take your business there and get treated like a customer.

The inside was welcoming and we were each on our own room with a shared, open wall. Although we did not realize it was included, the massage incorporated hot stones and warm towels which was a nice welcome surprise. After massaging each area of the body, the therapists wiped us off with towels which I appreciated since we were going out to eat after and didn't have to leave all oily. The massage lasted a full 90 minutes including full body with scalp. If you pay cash, they don't add tax on to the price.
