I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I thanked him and paid him. Then the city came out and failed the cleaning. I messaged Elisha (4/1) and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. A few days went by with no communication. I reached out (4/4)...and he said his machine broke and he'd get back to me. Another couple of weeks went by. I reached out again (4/16)...and now he had the flu, but he'd get back to me. Now two more weeks have gone by (4/28) and I figure I've been ghosted. So I will leave this review as "Not good" because, if he had no intention of coming out to make it right, just say so. The minute you started saying you'd come back out...expectations get set. I reached out to the owner and he contacted me right away and we scheduled a date and time. Something came up at the last minute, but he was courteous to call and let me know ahead of time that he needed to reschedule. He reached out to me to reschedule, and I was able to get my windows clean within a week of my quote request, even with the interruption! I talked to the owner, who started this family owned business during the pandemic. He has experience doing this work but decided to venture out on his own, which is admirable, and I like supporting small business! He showed up early in his company truck and I went to get him when I saw him parked and waiting for me. He was pleasant and friendly and after we did a walk through, he went to work. I didn't realize he used deionized water until I saw his tank. Because he used the deionized water, he didn't need to wipe it dry! Nevertheless I saw him do a final inspection before he put the screens back on. The work done was great, and I can tell he took pride in his work. I inquired on getting regular cleanings done, so he said he will reach out to me to set it up. And guess what? He even provided me with an invoice!
