I was at the Instant Imprints at 305 Madison on March 22, 2016. The customer service representative…read morethere talked to me like I am stupid and was just generally rude and condescending to me. This might seem like something of a revelation but a retarded monkey could be taught to put ink on T-shirts. It requires no special skills or talent. My point being that having such arcane knowledge about something so frivolous does not entitle anyone to have such a poor attitude. To have a customer service representative so completely blow-off a customer and the resulting sale boggles my mind. Not only was he a poor representation of the company he has had the knock on effect of giving me an anecdote to tell everyone I know about what a badly run organization I dealt with and believe me I'll tell everyone I know what happened to me. When I did a web search for this kind of service in this city I found more than twenty companies who do this kind of work. I have plenty to choose from and I'm reasonable confident they'll be happy to provide the service I require without belittling my lack of knowledge about the t-shirt industry.

They brought such a strong sense of peace and certainty to the project. The level of care they placed in building and guiding us through our web project was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! They created a brand image and website that draws and keeps viewers engaged... and wanting more. Everything they created congruently aligned within our brand message. What i found fascinating is how they stepped into the role of aligning with us and our mission - all the while keeping us focused and on target when our personal ideas we just a bit off. This takes a special kind of soul. We just returned from their office and i had to write a note immediately. I am quite involved in biz and place immense value on my personal time. Therefore... I only take the time to write a positive review when the experience was exceptionally memorable. Not only was it memorable - it was magic!! Magic moments deserve a shout out of thanks. If you are on the fence on how best to make a decision i would simply suggest.... reach out to them and share your thoughts, fears and inspirations. Talk to them and allow yourself an experience you deserve. You deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism. You deserve a listening ear and a mindset that is set up to take you to the next level. You deserve a great experience that will leave you appreciating just how simple they made things for you. You deserve VERDA.
