Our Oakley sunglasses is very large and thus need their special case! We went to other Sunglass Hut stores, the staffs are all helpful and friendly, and found the case in 5 seconds. We cannot believe such a huge difference between the stores! Are they the same company? We were very upset and unhappy. I saw other review here, it's all true. This store does not improve their customer service for THREE YEARS. AVOID THIS STORE.

She showed me the $69 frames and patiently provided me with the opportunity to select a model I found suitable. After I handed her with my prescription, she expertly measured my pupillary distance and guided me through the process of placing an order. The glasses arrived sooner than expected, fit perfectly, and felt great. They look just as stylish as the expensive brands. I have had too many awful experiences with retailers that treat corrective eyeglasses as a fashion accessory rather than a medical appliance. I am glad that Specsavers does away with that non-sense and is focused on providing humans with glasses so they can see properly.

They were a bit more expensive than the first ones I got, but not much. AJ was so helpful and nice throughout the whole process. Styles range from standard to exotic, and if you're working on a unique look, this is a great place to go. Prices are upfront and seem very standard for very good quality eyewear. The woman I worked with was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to find just the right frames for me, and explained their business model very clearly. I also had an eye exam with Dr. Fast. She is terrific! Very patient and thorough. Things to know: they do not deal directly with insurance. Some insurance companies will reimburse you for your purchase and some will not, so check in advance with your insurance company. Definitely worth a visit.
