They did have a cleaning person waiting to clean his bathroom once he left. However, c. difficile cannot be killed with alcohol wipes, he tells me. I suspect the former, which it is high time that doctors take into account the bad effect of antibiotics on killing off "good bacteria" and disruption of the human biome when treating patients. But a heads up in case it is the latter (ER needs deep cleaning / sanitation). Gave the doctor my history, when all of a sudden he started yelling at me that I'm abusing the system by coming to the emergency room. He told me that he will check me but that I will be there all day long and that he will do every possible test on me and spend thousands of dollars because apparently I'm not supposed to be there. ( I didn't want all the testing, I just wanted to make sure that I'm ok) I've had a lot of health issues in the past (heart,cancer, abnormal bleeding) so I do worry a lot. Needless to say, he treated me like a criminal. I had to walk out because of how bad he was yelling. He was shaming me for trying to get checked out to his entire staff. When I told him that I had heart issues (not immediate but very bad in the past 2 weeks) he run out screaming that he needs an EKG because now the patient is "apparently" having heart issues. So much for better safe than sorry. I understand that an emergency is an emergency but I was in terrible pain and to me that was an emergency.

Many of the tests they only perform from 8-12 and are booked out weeks in advance. That's if they can even figure out how to submit your testing orders (they struggled to do so-even though the tests were to be done right next door). The people that work there are absolutely miserable to be there-which they are very vocal about letting you know. Forget about continuity of patient care. Once they have your money, they leave you high and dry. I've never experienced such incompetence from a doctors office before. It's frankly embarrassing.

Then she asked all my personal information to look me up in the database only to confirm I am not a current patient. She stated the office cant do the DOT because Im not a current patient, When I questioned her she put me on a long hold only to come back and confirm that obviously the office does take new patients. Then I asked the price, and she replied.. it depends it could be 100 or up to 130. When I replied "Mam, you sound like you don't know what you're talking about", and gave her the reasons why.. she says oh yeah and hung up the phone

My family and I moved into town from out of state and planned to use Dr. Ginzburg for our Primary Care. Unfortunately both times myself and my daughter have been in the office we were left frustrated. Here are a few examples of the issues that happened in just the two visits: First, the office is run down and while I was sitting in the waiting room I saw an earwig scurrying around on the floor. Then, Dr Ginzburg got my daughter's prescription wrong even though we told him correctly, and had written it down on our intake paperwork. Her meds are for epilepsy and he only sent in half of her daily dose. This is a very serious problem. Next, they had my husband's birthday in as my birthday and then yelled at me that I must've told them the wrong date. My daughter, who was in the waiting room, told me that she and everyone else out in the waiting room could here the entire exchange. After them yelling at me about the wrong date, the front office lady and phlebotomist started speaking in Ukrainian to one another. Presumably so no one would understand what they were saying. Additionally, I asked how to get on the patient portal and was told to look at a poster on the wall and download an app. I did this, but then the app didn't work. After entering in all of the information it stated that my record couldn't be found. I tried again with my daughter's information and the same thing happened. Lastly, the phlebotomist starting talking to my 20 year old daughter about how she bought her sons fake id's, and asked her if she had one! Very unprofessional staff. After the second visit we've decided to keep looking for a new primary care physician. We will not be returning to this office.
