Dad of course didn't have life insurance and no will, all we knew is he wanted to be cremated so we started our search. We tried every funeral home in the surrounding areas and immediately stopped our search the second Dean answered the phone. He was kind and courteous, answered all of our questions because there sure were a lot of them, he was not pressuring a sale and is very patient. Without many reviews online we were skeptical about where to take our loved one for their final journey but something about Dean felt familiar. We met with him later that day, he made everything so simple, we had the paperwork taken care of, obituary written, and plans for when everything would be taken care of in less than 30 minutes. A process I was dreading turned out to be a pleasurable experience. They got him in the following day and within 48 hours Dad was back home with us. There are also some very nice women that are making this place excellent to deal with, they are kind and knowledgeable, they take time to listen to you and interact, they make you feel like part of the family. Maybe it is the old school values or just the business model they have chosen but their pricing is absolutely the best in the area. Thank you for making my dad's last ride one filled with dignity and respect, from my family to yours, thank you for all that you have done for us. I will forever continue to recommend you to any and everyone I can.
